5.4 Software Installation

Download the CamhiPro app for Android or iOS from your device's app store. For PC monitoring, a compatible client software is available. The camera supports P2P plug and play for easy remote viewing.

6.1 Remote Viewing

Once connected to your network, you can access the camera feed remotely via the CamhiPro app or PC client. The P2P function allows for easy access without complex network configurations.

6.2 Motion Detection and Alerts

Configure motion detection zones and sensitivity settings within the app. When motion is detected, the camera can trigger various alerts including SD card recording, image capture, voice alarms, message pushes to your phone, and email/FTP notifications.

6.3 Two-Way Audio

With an external microphone and speaker connected, you can utilize the two-way audio feature to listen in on the camera's environment and speak through the camera.

6.4 Recording and Storage

Insert a Micro SD card (up to 256GB) into the designated slot for local video storage. You can configure continuous recording, scheduled recording, or event-triggered recording (e.g., by motion detection). The camera supports loop recording, overwriting the oldest footage when the card is full.

6.5 PTZ Control (if applicable)

If integrated into a compatible PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) housing, the module supports PTZ control via the app or PC client, allowing you to remotely adjust the camera's viewing direction and zoom level. The module supports Rich Preset commands and Pelco-D serial port protocol.
