- Power Connections:
- Yellow (B+): Connect to constant +12V power supply (memory function).
- Red (ACC): Connect to +12V ignition switch.
- Black (GND): Connect to ground wire.
- Note: Both Yellow (B+) and Red (ACC) lines must have +12V positive power simultaneously for the unit to turn on normally.
- Speaker Connections:
- The unit supports 8 speaker cables (4 channels: 2 left, 2 right).
- Each speaker cable must not be grounded, shared, or touch other lines. Incorrect wiring can lead to no sound, distorted sound, or machine overheating.
- Radio Antenna: Connect your car's radio antenna to the designated jack.
- Video Output: Connect external monitors to Video Output 1 and Video Output 2.
- Audio Output: RCA outputs for front left, front right, rear left, and rear right audio.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the unit's surface. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by a dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Disc Care: Handle discs by their edges. Keep them clean and free of scratches. Store them in their cases when not in use.
- Temperature: Avoid exposing the unit to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight for prolonged periods, or high humidity.
- Ventilation: Ensure the unit's ventilation openings are not blocked to prevent overheating.
7. Troubleshooting
7.1 Unable to Boot Normally
- Wiring Check: Ensure the yellow (B+), red (ACC), and black (GND) wires are correctly connected. The yellow line should connect to constant +12V, the red line to the ignition switch +12V, and the black line to ground. All three must have power for normal operation.
- Fuse Check: Inspect the fuse on the yellow line. If it's blown, replace it with the same type. If fuses repeatedly blow, there might be a short circuit in the unit or car wiring.
- Power Test: If the unit still doesn't boot, connect the yellow and red wires together to a +12V battery positive, and the black wire to the negative. If it boots, the issue is with your car's wiring; otherwise, the unit may be faulty.
7.2 Automatic Shut-down
- Wiring Error: If the blue cable (automatic antenna power supply) is connected to the unit's power cable, it can cause automatic shutdown. Correct the wiring.
- Unstable Voltage: Test the power supply with a stable 12V-5A source. If the unit still shuts down, the power supply might be faulty.
7.3 Audio Issues (Noise / No Sound)
- Noise: If there's noise at high volumes, your original car speakers might be too small. Reduce volume or consider upgrading speakers.
- Grounded Speaker Cable: Ensure no speaker cables are grounded or touching other lines. This can cause noise or no sound output.
- No Sound After Installation:
- Check for short-circuited speaker cables and reconnect if necessary.
- Verify the number of speaker cables. If your car has only 2 speaker cables but the unit requires 4, you need to re-route the car's wiring (one speaker needs 2 wires).
- No Sound After a While: Disconnect all speaker cables from the unit (do not remove them from the car) and connect an external speaker to the gray and purple wires of the tail line. If there's sound, the car's speaker line might be short-circuited or speakers damaged. If no sound, the unit might be faulty.
7.4 Settings Not Saved (No Memory)
- Wiring: Ensure the yellow (B+) and red (ACC) lines are connected correctly. The yellow line should be connected to constant +12V (for memory function), and the red line to the ignition switch. If they are reversed, swap their positions.
7.5 USB Flash Disk / TF Card Not Playing
- USB: Format the USB flash disk to FAT32. Re-download a few songs and try again. If it still doesn't work, try a different USB flash drive.
- TF Card: Check if the memory card is inserted correctly and not broken.
7.6 FM Radio Not Receiving Stations
- Antenna: Ensure the radio antenna is fully inserted and not disconnected or broken.
- Search: Long press the AMS button (or equivalent on remote) for 2 seconds to automatically search for stations, or use the up/down buttons for manual search.
- Antenna Test: If issues persist, unplug the antenna and insert a screwdriver or metal strip into the antenna jack to test reception.
7.7 "No Signal" When Reversing (Camera)
- Ensure the camera line is properly connected to the car radio's "CAMIN" port.
7.8 "Can Not Watch Video While Driving" (USB Video)
- Turn off the "Warning" function in the settings menu to resolve this.
8. User Tips
- Initial Power-on: Always perform a bench test with a 12V power supply before full car installation to confirm the unit is working correctly.
- Wiring Caution: Pay close attention to the power wiring (Yellow B+, Red ACC, Black GND) to avoid boot issues or damage. Incorrect wiring is a common cause of problems.
- Bluetooth Hands-Free: The device supports hands-free calling via Bluetooth. Ensure your phone is paired and connected to "SWL-BT" for this feature to work.
- App Functionality: For the "Find a Car" feature, remember to connect the car player to your phone's Bluetooth via the "CAR BT APP" before turning off the engine.
- Remote Control Battery: If the remote control is unresponsive, check and replace its battery if necessary.
