6. Setup Instructions
- Insert the Transmitter: Plug the LENCENT FM Transmitter into your car's 12V-24V cigarette lighter socket. The LED display will light up.
- Set FM Frequency:
a. Press the 'CH' button on the transmitter. The FM frequency display will start flashing.
b. Use the multi-function joystick (left/right) to adjust the FM frequency. Choose an empty frequency on your car radio that does not have an active broadcast station.
c. Tune your car's FM radio to the same empty frequency selected on the transmitter. - Pair with Bluetooth:
a. The transmitter will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. The Bluetooth indicator will flash.
b. On your smartphone or Bluetooth-enabled device, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
c. Select 'BT23R' from the list to connect. Once connected, the Bluetooth indicator will stop flashing and remain solid.
Figure 4: Bluetooth 5.3 Connection - (Optional) USB Disk Playback: Insert a USB flash drive (FAT32 format, up to 64GB) containing MP3, WMA, WAV, or FLAC music files into the designated USB port (not the charging ports). The transmitter will automatically switch to USB playback.
7. Operating Instructions
7.1 Music Playback
- From Bluetooth: Once paired, play music on your smartphone. The audio will be transmitted to your car's stereo via the selected FM frequency.

- Volume Control: Rotate the multi-function joystick (up/down) to adjust the volume.
- Track Control: Push the multi-function joystick left or right to skip to the previous or next track.
- Play/Pause: Press the multi-function joystick to play or pause music.
- 3D Audio Effect: Press the '3D' button to activate or deactivate the 3D stereo audio effect for an immersive experience.

7.2 Hands-Free Calling
With the built-in microphone, you can make and receive calls safely while driving.
- Answer Call: Press the multi-function joystick once.
- End Call: Press the multi-function joystick once during a call.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the multi-function joystick for 2 seconds.
- Redial Last Number: Double-press the multi-function joystick.
- Activate Voice Assistant: Press and hold the multi-function joystick for 2 seconds when not on a call.

7.3 Charging Devices
The transmitter is equipped with two fast-charging ports:
- PD 30W Type-C Port: Supports Power Delivery for rapid charging of compatible devices like iPhones, iPads, and other Type-C devices.
- QC3.0 USB-A Port: Supports Quick Charge 3.0 for fast charging of compatible Android phones and other USB devices.
The total maximum output power is 48W.

7.4 LED Lights
The device features 7 colors of LED lights. These lights can be turned off if desired by pressing the light button (usually indicated by a light bulb icon or integrated into the '3D' button functionality).

- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the device. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosols.
- Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- Avoid Impact: Do not drop or subject the device to strong impacts.
9. Troubleshooting
- No power/device not turning on:
- Ensure the transmitter is securely plugged into the car's cigarette lighter socket and the car's ignition is on. Check if the car's fuse for the cigarette lighter is intact.
- Poor audio quality/static:
- Make sure the FM frequency on the transmitter and your car radio are identical. Try changing to a different, unused FM frequency. Ensure your phone's volume is at an appropriate level. Move away from strong radio interference sources.
- Bluetooth not connecting:
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the transmitter is in pairing mode. Forget 'BT23R' from your device's Bluetooth settings and try pairing again. Restart both the transmitter and your device.
- USB disk not playing:
- Ensure the USB disk is formatted to FAT32 and contains supported music file types (MP3, WMA, WAV, FLAC). Check if the USB disk capacity is 64GB or less. Try a different USB disk.
- Charging is slow or not working:
- Ensure your charging cable is functional and properly connected. Verify that your device supports the fast charging protocols (PD 30W or QC3.0) for optimal speed. Check if the car's voltage is stable.
10. User Tips
- For the best audio experience, always try to find an FM frequency that is completely clear of any radio stations.
- When making calls, speak clearly towards the transmitter for optimal microphone performance.
- Utilize the fast charging ports to quickly power up your devices on the go.
