Regular cleaning of the print head ensures optimal print quality and extends the printer's lifespan. Clean the print head with an alcohol swab or a specialized print head cleaning pen when print quality degrades or after every few paper roll changes.

Wipe the exterior of the printer with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
5.3 Paper Management
Always use high-quality thermal paper. Store thermal paper in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent premature fading of receipts.

- Check the data cable connection (USB or Ethernet) to the computer/network.
- Ensure the correct printer driver is installed and selected in your operating system's printer settings.
- Restart both the printer and the computer.
- Poor Print Quality:
- The thermal paper might be loaded incorrectly (upside down).
