Note: Since the bottom of the ultrasonic cleaner is a curved surface, the actual usable volume will be slightly smaller than the stated tank capacity.

5. Setup Instructions

  1. Placement:

    Place the ultrasonic cleaner on a stable, level surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit and that it is not placed near heat sources or in direct sunlight.

  2. Power Connection:

    Ensure the unit's power switch is in the 'OFF' position. Connect the power cord to the cleaner's power input and then plug it into a grounded electrical outlet. Verify that the voltage matches the cleaner's requirements (AC220V 50Hz for EU or 110V for US).

  3. Filling the Tank:

    Open the lid and fill the stainless steel tank with an appropriate cleaning solution. For general cleaning, tap water is sufficient. For enhanced cleaning, a specialized ultrasonic cleaning solution can be used. Do not exceed the MAX fill line. Ensure the tank is filled before plugging in the power or turning on the unit.

  4. Placing Items:

    Place the items to be cleaned into the cleaning basket. Lower the basket into the tank, ensuring items are fully submerged but not touching the bottom of the tank directly. Avoid overcrowding the basket.

6. Operating Instructions

The VEVOR Digital Ultrasonic Cleaner features a user-friendly digital control panel for precise operation.

  1. Power On:

    Flip the main power switch located at the back of the unit to 'ON'. The digital display will illuminate.

  2. Set Temperature (Optional):

    Press the 'TEMP+' or 'TEMP-' buttons to set the desired cleaning temperature (0-80°C). Press the 'ON/OFF' button under 'TEMP' to activate the heating function. The 'Actual °C' display will show the current water temperature. The heating lamp will indicate when heating is active.

  3. Set Cleaning Time:

    Press the 'TIME+' or 'TIME-' buttons to set the desired cleaning duration (0-30 minutes). The display shows minutes and seconds. Press the 'ON/OFF' button under 'TIME' to start the ultrasonic cleaning process. The 'ON' indicator will light up.

  4. Cleaning Process:

    The unit will begin generating 40KHz ultrasonic waves, creating millions of microscopic bubbles that gently yet powerfully clean the items. The process will automatically stop once the set time has elapsed.

  5. After Cleaning:

    Once the cycle is complete, turn off the unit. Carefully remove the cleaning basket with the cleaned items. Rinse the items under clean water and dry them thoroughly. Observe the significant improvement in cleanliness.

8. Maintenance and Care

  1. Draining the Tank:

    After each use, especially if using cleaning solutions, drain the tank. Ensure the unit is turned off and cooled down before opening the drain valve. Use the water outlet valve for convenient drainage.

  2. Cleaning the Tank:

    Wipe the interior of the stainless steel tank with a soft cloth to remove any residue. Do not use abrasive cleaners or steel wool, as this can damage the tank surface. The tank is made of SUS304 stainless steel for durability and rust resistance.
