5. Operating Instructions
- Install the return pipe as shown in Figure 2 (below).

Figure 2: Return pipe installation. - Put the suction tube and the return tube into the paint container.
- Turn on the power switch. The return valve should be in a vertically upwards position. The pressure regulating knob should be at the maximum position. Water will drain out of the return pipe.
- Turn the return valve clockwise to the horizontal position. At this time, the machine starts to pressurize. The pressure gauge pointer will show approximately 3000psi (the motor will stop working once this pressure is reached).
- Trigger the spray gun to start spraying. The motor will start to work, and the pressure gauge pointer will be kept at about 2000 psi during operation.
6. Maintenance
- Before cleaning, repair, or maintenance, always turn off the motor.
- Set the high-pressure switch to "t" (release pressure state).
- Release hose pressure by pulling the gun's trigger.
- Secure the safety catch on the spray gun.
- The detachable design offers a quick and easy cleaning after spraying.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your SucceBuy 450 Airless Paint Sprayer, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Machine does not prime/ceba:
Ensure all connections are tight and there are no air leaks in the suction system. Check that the suction tube is fully submerged in the paint. Verify the return valve is correctly positioned for priming (vertically upwards). - No spray or weak spray:
Check the pressure setting; increase if necessary. Ensure the nozzle is not clogged; clean or replace if needed. Verify the fluid filter is clean. Check for kinks or blockages in the high-pressure hose. - Motor stops working prematurely:
The motor is designed to stop once maximum pressure (approx. 3000psi) is reached. It should restart when the spray gun is triggered and pressure drops. If it stops unexpectedly, check for power supply issues or an overloaded circuit. - Machine smokes, emits peculiar smell, or becomes noisy:
Immediately stop using the machine and unplug it. This indicates a serious internal issue. Contact customer support for assistance.
8. User Tips
- Lubricating Oil: The 450 plunger sprayer uses any oil with lubricating effect. Before each use, add about 5 drops of lubricating oil to the oil filler port.
- Paint Compatibility: This sprayer is suitable for non-particle free material with good fluidity. Ensure your paint type is compatible for optimal performance and to prevent clogging.
- Nozzle Selection: The standard nozzle is 517. Different nozzles can be used for various spray patterns and material viscosities.
- Cleaning: Thorough cleaning after each use is crucial to prevent paint from drying inside the system, which can cause blockages and damage.
