Introduction
The SUNUO Q10 Smart Ear Canal Detector is a portable, high-definition visual inspection device designed for examining the ear canal, mouth, and skin. Components and Controls

- 1.38-inch HD IPS display: PPI 246 for clear viewing.
- Reset button: Hidden button to force device shutdown if frozen.
- Camera: HD Camera Module.
- TF memory card slot: Supports Micro TF cards up to 128GB (Class 10 or above recommended).
- On/Off button: Press and hold for 3 seconds to power on/off.
- Signal indicator: Red light for charging, off when fully charged, blue light during operation.

Setup
1. Charging the Device
Connect the device to a power source using the provided Type-C charging cable. Please use a 5V/1A adapter for optimal charging. The signal indicator will show a red light while charging and turn off when fully charged.
2. Attaching Inspection Covers

Select the appropriate silicone inspection cover (ear/nasal or skin speculum). Put the accessory head into the metal sleeve and install it firmly into place. Ensure it does not block the camera's view.
3. Inserting and Formatting a Memory Card (Optional)
The device has built-in storage for about 100 photos. For video recording or expanded storage, you can insert your own Micro TF card (up to 128GB, Class 10 or above).

When inserting a new or incompatible memory card, a formatting prompt may appear. Press and hold the power button to confirm formatting. If you do not wish to format, remove the memory card (touch the memory card to eject). Note: Formatting will delete all data on the card. Please back up any important data before proceeding.
Operating Instructions
1. Powering On/Off
Press and hold the Power On/Off button for 3 seconds to turn the device on or off.
2. Device Observation Mode
Once powered on, the 1.38-inch HD display will show the real-time image from the camera. The device has a fixed focal length, with an optimal working distance of 1.4-2cm.

Adjusting LED Brightness
After powering on, press and hold the Power On/Off button in the preview image interface to adjust the camera LED brightness.
Taking Photos and Recording Videos
- Take a photo: Short press the Photo button.
- Record a video: Long press the Photo button.
Zoom Function
- Zoom in: Short press the Zoom In button to magnify the camera image.
- Enter stored image preview: Long press the Zoom In button.
Viewing and Deleting Stored Images/Videos
- Scroll through images/videos: In the stored image preview interface, short press the Photo button to scroll up or the Zoom In button to scroll through.
- Delete an item: In the stored image preview interface, a delete icon will appear. Press and hold the Photo button to confirm deletion.
- Exit preview: Long press the Zoom In button to exit the stored image preview.
3. Computer Observation Mode
This mode allows for a more intuitive view on a larger screen.
- Connect the device to your computer using the provided USB data cable.
- Press and hold the power button to turn on the device, then select to enter the computer observation mode.
- For Windows systems (Vista/XP/7/8/10/11):
- For WIN 7/8, download and install AMCAP software.
- For WIN 10, search for "Windows Camera" software. (Note: Disable default laptop camera and change camera privacy settings to allow access).
- Alternatively, download the application "Smart Camera" from www.inskam.com/download/camera.zip.
- For Mac OS systems (MacOS X 11.0 or later):
- Open the "Photo Booth" software (comes with Apple computers).
- In the "Applications" directory, find "Photo Booth".
- Connect the USB cable, power on the device, and select computer observation mode.
- Open "Photo Booth" and select the camera "HD video".
Note: In computer observation mode, the device's screen will display black, which is normal. If no image appears in the software, repeatedly plug and unplug the USB data cable or try a different USB port (preferably on the back of the computer host).
Maintenance
- Keep the LCD and lens clean to ensure clear images. Avoid touching the lens with your hands, as this can cause blurred images.
- Store the device in a safe place, out of reach of children.
- Do not expose the device to extreme temperatures or humidity.
Troubleshooting
