- To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
- The heater is constructed with V0 flame-retardant materials and features overheat protection. If the heater overheats, it will automatically shut off.
- Note: It is not recommended to use this heater on carpet. The top air outlet has a high heat dissipation temperature; please do not touch it during operation.

4. Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the heater from its packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
- Placement: Place the freestanding heater on a firm, level surface. Ensure it is at least 3 feet (0.9 m) away from walls, furniture, and other combustible materials.
- Power Connection: Plug the heater directly into a standard 120V AC wall outlet. Do not use extension cords or power strips.
5. Operating Instructions
The heater can be operated using the LED touch screen on the unit or the included remote control.
Power On/Off
- Press the Power button on the control panel or remote to turn the heater ON or OFF.
Adjusting Temperature and Heat Modes
- Temperature: Use the 'TEMP UP' or 'TEMP DOWN' buttons on the remote, or the corresponding controls on the touch screen, to set the desired temperature between 59℉ and 99℉.
- Heat Modes: The heater supports two heat output modes: Low (700W) and High (1500W). Select the desired wattage using the mode button on the control panel or remote.
Timer Function
- Press the 'TIMER' button on the remote or touch screen to set the auto-off timer. The timer can be set for up to 12 hours. Each press will increase the timer duration.
Flame Effect Control
- Press the 'FLAME' button on the remote or touch screen to cycle through the flame effect modes: Only Flame, Only Heat, or Flame + Heat. The flame effect can be used independently of the heating function for ambiance.
6. Maintenance

7. Troubleshooting
- Heater does not turn on:
- Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working 120V outlet.
- Check if the circuit breaker has tripped.
- Verify the power button is pressed and the unit is not in standby mode.
- The overheat protection may have activated. Unplug the unit, wait 10-15 minutes for it to cool down, then plug it back in.
- No heat output:
- Check if the desired temperature setting is higher than the current room temperature.
- Ensure the heater is not in 'Only Flame' mode. Select 'Heat' or 'Flame + Heat' mode.
- Verify the heat mode (700W/1500W) is selected.
- Remote control not working:
- Check and replace the batteries in the remote control.
- Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the heater's sensor.
- Unusual noises or odors:
- A new heater may emit a slight odor during its first few uses; this is normal and will dissipate.
- If unusual or loud noises persist, unplug the heater immediately and contact customer support.
