Checking Inflation Pressure

Before inflating, always check the required air pressure for your item to prevent over-inflation and potential injury.

  • Bicycle Tires: The acceptable air pressure range is usually marked on the tire sidewall (e.g., 120psi/827kpa/8.27bar). Inflation pressure is also related to the load weight. Refer to your vehicle's manual for specific recommendations.
  • Sports Balls: Recommended inflation pressure is typically indicated around the inflation valve (e.g., 0.8bar/12psi). Refer to the ball's manual for specific recommendations.

Pressure Reset (Calibration)

If the pump is powered on and no nozzle is connected, but the displayed pressure is not 0.0, press and hold the '+' and '-' buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds. The display will light up fully and then return to normal, resetting the pressure to zero. This can improve accuracy if there are altitude or sensor differences. Calibration is not recommended at high temperatures.

User Tips

  • Switching Units: To easily switch between PSI and BAR units, double-tap the '-' button.
  • LED Light: For convenience in low light, double-tap the '+' button to activate the built-in LED light.
  • Automatic Shut-off: The pump features an auto-stop function when the preset pressure is reached, preventing over-inflation. It also has overheating protection and will stop if the temperature is too high.
  • Memory Function: The pump remembers the last preset pressure value when you power it on, saving time for repeated use.
  • Charging Usage: For safety and optimal performance, avoid using the pump while it is charging.

Troubleshooting

FaultTroubleshooting Methods
Slow Inflation Speed
  • Check if the battery is sufficiently charged.
  • Check for air leaks between the nozzle and tire valve.
  • Ensure the nozzle connection is tight.
  • Check if the inflated item has leaks.
Cannot Inflate After Powering On
  • Check if the battery is sufficiently charged.
  • Check if the current tire pressure is above the preset value.
Unable to Adjust Preset PressureCheck the connected inflating item. In custom mode, the preset value can be adjusted within the range of 2-120 PSI.
Normal Inflation but Pressure Shows Zero
  • Products like balloons may not be within the measurable range of the device.
  • For flat tires, it may take some time to show the tire pressure after inflation.
Pump Automatically Shuts Off After Tightening the NozzleThe pump automatically shuts off after 3 minutes. Press and hold the power button to turn it back on.
Power Indicator Light Color Differs in Inflation ModeA noticeable voltage drop occurs during discharge of the lithium battery, which may cause the indicator light to differ in color between inflation and standby modes. This is not a fault.
Charging Symbol Not Displayed After ChargingReplace with a safe and compliant charging cable and adapter, and recharge the device.
Slow Startup SpeedThe screen response may be slow and take an additional 3 seconds after powering on; this is a normal phenomenon.

Maintenance

  • Keep the pump clean and free from dirt and dust.
  • Store the pump in a cool, dry place when not in use.
  • Ensure the charging port is free from debris.
  • Regularly check the air hose and nozzles for any signs of wear or damage.
