Getting Started
Charging the Pump
Connect the charging cable (Type-C) to the pump and a power adapter (not included) to charge the device. The indicator bar will flash during charging and show a steady green light when fully charged. Do not use the pump while it is charging.

Power On/Off
- Power On: Press and hold the power button (labeled with a circle and vertical line) for 3 seconds.
- Power Off: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
Battery Indicator
The digital display shows the battery level with bars:
- Three Bars: 70%-100% charge.
- Two Bars: 30%-70% charge.
- One Bar: 5%-30% charge (requires charging before use).
Installation and Connection
Valve Compatibility
The COOSPO AP-B1 supports both Presta and Schrader valves. The combo hose can be adjusted to fit either type.

Connecting the Combo Hose
- Attach the combo hose to the pump's air hose interface.
- For Presta valves, adjust the length of the nozzle by screwing it to expose the Presta adapter. For Schrader valves, ensure the nozzle is fully extended.
- Connect the appropriate end of the hose to the tire valve.

Using the Ball Needle
For inflating basketballs, footballs, and other balls:
- Tightly screw the ball needle onto the valve interface of the combo hose.
- Insert the needle into the ball's inflation hole.
Operating Instructions
Real-time Pressure Display and Controls

- Actual Pressure: Displays the current pressure of the connected item.
- Preset Pressure: Displays the target pressure you set.
- Unit Display: Shows the current pressure unit (PSI or BAR).
- '+' Button: Increases the preset pressure. Double-tap to turn the LED light on/off.
- '-' Button: Decreases the preset pressure. Double-tap to switch between PSI and BAR units.
- Power Button: Long press to power on/off. Short press to start/stop inflation.
Starting and Stopping Inflation
- Connect the pump to the tire/ball valve.
- Power on the device by long-pressing the power button.
- Adjust the desired preset pressure using the '+' and '-' buttons.
- Short press the power button to start inflation. The pump will automatically stop when the preset pressure is reached.
- To manually stop inflation, short press the power button again.
LED Light for Night Use
Double-tap the '+' button to turn the LED light on or off, providing illumination for night use or in low-light conditions.

Checking Inflation Pressure
Before inflating, always check the required air pressure for your item to prevent over-inflation and potential injury.
- Bicycle Tires: The acceptable air pressure range is usually marked on the tire sidewall (e.g., 120psi/827kpa/8.27bar). Inflation pressure is also related to the load weight. Refer to your vehicle's manual for specific recommendations.
- Sports Balls: Recommended inflation pressure is typically indicated around the inflation valve (e.g., 0.8bar/12psi). Refer to the ball's manual for specific recommendations.
Pressure Reset (Calibration)
If the pump is powered on and no nozzle is connected, but the displayed pressure is not 0.0, press and hold the '+' and '-' buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds. The display will light up fully and then return to normal, resetting the pressure to zero. This can improve accuracy if there are altitude or sensor differences. Calibration is not recommended at high temperatures.
User Tips
- Switching Units: To easily switch between PSI and BAR units, double-tap the '-' button.
- LED Light: For convenience in low light, double-tap the '+' button to activate the built-in LED light.
- Automatic Shut-off: The pump features an auto-stop function when the preset pressure is reached, preventing over-inflation. It also has overheating protection and will stop if the temperature is too high.
- Memory Function: The pump remembers the last preset pressure value when you power it on, saving time for repeated use.
- Charging Usage: For safety and optimal performance, avoid using the pump while it is charging.
Troubleshooting
| Fault | Troubleshooting Methods |
|---|---|
| Slow Inflation Speed |
|
| Cannot Inflate After Powering On |
|
| Unable to Adjust Preset Pressure | Check the connected inflating item. In custom mode, the preset value can be adjusted within the range of 2-120 PSI. |
| Normal Inflation but Pressure Shows Zero |
|
| Pump Automatically Shuts Off After Tightening the Nozzle | The pump automatically shuts off after 3 minutes. Press and hold the power button to turn it back on. |
| Power Indicator Light Color Differs in Inflation Mode | A noticeable voltage drop occurs during discharge of the lithium battery, which may cause the indicator light to differ in color between inflation and standby modes. This is not a fault. |
| Charging Symbol Not Displayed After Charging | Replace with a safe and compliant charging cable and adapter, and recharge the device. |
| Slow Startup Speed | The screen response may be slow and take an additional 3 seconds after powering on; this is a normal phenomenon. |
Maintenance
- Keep the pump clean and free from dirt and dust.
- Store the pump in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- Ensure the charging port is free from debris.
- Regularly check the air hose and nozzles for any signs of wear or damage.
