1. Introduction

This manual provides essential information for setting up, operating, and maintaining your Xiaomi Redmi K80 Pro 5G smartphone. Please read this manual carefully before using your device to ensure proper functionality and safety.

Note: This is a Chinese Version phone with Chinese ROM. It only supports Chinese and English languages. It supports OTA updates. The phone does not support eSIM and Android Auto.

Google Play Store: The phone may be sent with the Google Play Store pre-installed. If not, you will need to download it yourself from https://apkpure.com/google-play-store/com.android.vending. Instant notifications for some apps (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram) may not function as expected.

3. Setup

3.1 Initial Power On

  1. Press and hold the Power button (usually on the right side of the device) until the Xiaomi logo appears.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial setup, including language selection (Chinese or English), Wi-Fi connection, and account setup.

3.2 Inserting SIM Cards

  1. Locate the SIM card tray on the side of the phone.
  2. Insert the provided SIM ejector pin into the small hole next to the tray and push gently until the tray pops out.
  3. Place your Nano-SIM cards into the tray with the gold contacts facing down. This device supports 2 SIM cards.
  4. Carefully reinsert the tray into the phone.

3.3 Charging the Device

  1. Connect the USB Type-C cable to the charging port at the bottom of the phone.
  2. Connect the other end of the cable to the 120W power adapter.
  3. Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet. The phone supports Adaptive Fast Charge.

4. Operating Your Device

4.1 Basic Navigation

  • Power Button: Press to wake/sleep the screen. Press and hold to power off or restart.
  • Volume Buttons: Adjust media volume, ringtone volume, and alarm volume.
