5. Setup and Installation

Installation Steps:

  1. Prepare the Door: Ensure your wooden door panel meets the specified thickness (35-45mm or 40-45mm) and maximum width (100 cm). Attach the rollers (pulleys) to the top edge of the door panel according to the instructions in your physical manual. Install the anti-jump pads on the top edge of the door, slightly inward from the rollers.
  2. Mount the Rail: Determine the desired height and position for the sliding rail. Use a level to mark the mounting holes accurately on the wall or furniture structure. Drill pilot holes and secure the two 100 cm carbon steel rails using the provided screws and wall plugs. Ensure the rails are perfectly aligned and level.
  3. Install Door Stops: Slide the door stops onto the rail. These will prevent the door from sliding too far in either direction. Adjust their position later to suit your preference.
  4. Hang the Door: Carefully lift the door panel and hook the rollers onto the installed sliding rail.
  5. Install Floor Guide: Position the floor guide on the floor directly below the door, ensuring it aligns with the groove or channel on the bottom of your door. Mark and drill holes, then secure the floor guide. This helps stabilize the door and ensures smooth sliding.
  6. Adjust and Test: Slide the door back and forth to check for smooth operation. Adjust the door stops to the desired open and closed positions. Ensure the anti-jump pads are correctly positioned to prevent the door from lifting off the track.

6. Operating Instructions

To operate your newly installed sliding door, simply grasp the door handle (if installed) and gently slide the door along the track. The rollers are designed for smooth and silent movement.   • Door makes noise when sliding:

    • Ensure the anti-jump pads are not rubbing excessively.
  • Door comes off the track:
    • Ensure the anti-jump pads are correctly installed and adjusted.
    • Check if the rail is securely mounted and not sagging.
    • Verify the door panel thickness is within the compatible range.
  • Door does not stop at desired position:
    • Adjust the position of the door stops on the rail.
    • Ensure the door stops are securely tightened.
