3. Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to set up your LiteMarker-M machine:

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Placement: Place the main unit and the laser head assembly on a stable, level surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the machine.
  3. Assembly: The machine features an upgraded integrated laser path and column lift for convenient installation. Secure the laser head assembly to the base plate. The column lift allows for smooth adjustment of vertical displacement.
  4. Connections: Connect the main unit to the laser head using the provided cables. Connect the power cable to the main unit and then to a suitable power outlet (110-230V AC, 50/60Hz, single-phase).
  5. Software Installation: Insert the U Disk into your computer. Install the marking software (EZCAD2 Lite or LightBurn) and necessary drivers. The machine supports Windows XP, VISTA, Win7, Win10, and Win11 operating systems.
  6. Safety: Always wear the provided safety goggles when operating the laser marking machine.
