6. Maintenance

6.1 Battery Care

  • The B2000 uses LiFePO4 batteries with a cycle life of 3500+. To maximize battery lifespan, avoid completely draining the battery frequently.
  • For long-term storage, charge the unit to approximately 50-80% and store it in a cool, dry place. Recharge every 3-6 months to prevent deep discharge.
  • Avoid exposing the unit to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) for extended periods.

6.2 Cleaning

  • Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior of the power station.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Keep the ventilation openings clear of dust and debris to ensure proper cooling.

6.3 Storage

  • Store the power station in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and moisture.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.

7. Troubleshooting

7.1 Common Issues

  • Unit not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. If not, connect to a power source.
  • No output from ports: Check if the specific output (e.g., DC) is enabled. Ensure the device connected is within the power station's output limits.
  • Slow charging: Verify the input source (e.g., solar panels) is providing sufficient power and is correctly connected. For solar, ensure optimal sunlight exposure.
  • Overload warning: Disconnect some devices to reduce the load. The unit may automatically shut down to protect itself from overload.

7.2 User Tips

  • Compatibility for Expansion: The OUKITEL B2000 is designed to expand the capacity of the OUKITEL BP2000 portable power station. If you intend to use it with other power station models (e.g., P1000 Plus), please verify compatibility with OUKITEL support before attempting connection to avoid damage.
