1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing the Lvyuan Pure Sine Wave Power Inverter. This device is designed to convert DC power from your vehicle battery or other DC power sources into stable AC power, suitable for a wide range of electronic devices and appliances. This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your inverter.
2. Safety Information
Please read all safety warnings carefully before use to prevent injury or damage to the inverter and connected devices.
- Ensure the inverter's rated power is higher than the total wattage of the appliances you intend to power.
- When running multiple devices simultaneously, always refer to their combined total wattage.
- For inductive loads (appliances with motors like refrigerators, drills, washing machines, microwave ovens, hair dryers), choose an inverter with a continuous power rating 3-7 times higher than the appliance's wattage.
- Use only the standard battery cables provided with the inverter to ensure full power output. Spare fuses are included for accidental burn-out.
- Never connect the inverter directly to grid power.
- Ensure correct polarity when connecting to a DC power source (positive to positive, negative to negative). Reverse connection is strictly forbidden.
- Do not overload the inverter.
- Car cigarette lighter sockets can only support power within 150W. For higher power applications, direct battery connection is required.

5. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps for proper setup and installation of your Lvyuan Power Inverter:
- Placement: Choose a dry, well-ventilated area for the inverter. Ensure there is sufficient space around the unit for proper airflow and cooling.
- DC Power Source Connection:
- Connect the red (positive) power cable to the positive (+) terminal of your 12V or 24V DC battery.
- Connect the black (negative) power cable to the negative (-) terminal of your 12V or 24V DC battery.
- Then, connect the other end of the red cable to the positive (+) input terminal on the inverter and the black cable to the negative (-) input terminal on the inverter.
- Ensure all connections are tight and secure to prevent arcing and power loss.
- Grounding: Connect an earth wire from the inverter's earth terminal to a proper ground point (e.g., vehicle chassis or a dedicated ground rod).
- AC Appliance Connection:
- Ensure the inverter's main power switch is in the 'OFF' position.
- Plug your AC appliances into the EU sockets on the inverter.
- Do not exceed the continuous power rating of the inverter.
- USB Device Connection:
- Plug your USB charging cables into the USB output ports on the inverter.
- Remote Control Setup:
- Insert a 23A 12V battery (not included) into the remote control.
- The remote control can be used to turn the inverter on/off from a distance.
Important: Always connect the inverter to the battery first before connecting any AC appliances. Disconnect AC appliances before disconnecting the inverter from the battery.

| E-3 | Over temperature protection | Inverter is overheating. Reduce load, ensure proper ventilation, or allow to cool down. |
| E-4 | Overload protection | Connected load exceeds inverter's capacity. Disconnect some appliances. Check appliance wattage. |
| E-5 | Short circuit protection | A short circuit has occurred in the output. Disconnect all appliances and check for faulty wiring or devices. |
| E-6 | Repeated faults shutdown | Multiple protection events have occurred. The inverter requires a restart. Address the underlying issue before restarting. |
9. User Tips
- Model Identification: Note that different color models (e.g., green, silver, purple) may correspond to different power ratings (e.g., 4000W, 6000W, 8000W) and input voltages (12V or 24V DC). Always verify the specific model's specifications before purchase and use.
- Inductive Loads: For appliances with motors (inductive loads), always select an inverter with a continuous power rating significantly higher than the appliance's stated wattage to account for surge current during startup.
- Cable Sizing: Using appropriately sized battery cables is crucial for efficient power transfer and to prevent overheating. The provided cables are designed for optimal performance.
