5. Troubleshooting
5.1 No Power
- Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to the DC-IN port on the Mini PC and a working power outlet.
- Verify the power outlet is functional by plugging in another device.
- Check the power button for any damage or obstruction.
5.2 No Display Output
- Ensure the monitor is powered on and correctly connected to the Mini PC via HDMI, DisplayPort, or USB-C.
- Try a different display cable or port.
- Verify the correct input source is selected on your monitor.
5.3 USB-C Power Delivery
The Full-Featured USB-C port supports USB 4.0 for data transfer and display output. However, the primary power input for the UBox is through the dedicated DC-IN port. The USB-C port is not designed for primary power input to the device itself.
5.4 Network Connectivity Issues
- Wired Ethernet: Check if the Ethernet cable is securely connected to both the Mini PC and your router/modem. Verify router/modem status.
- Wi-Fi: Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled in Windows settings. Check if the correct Wi-Fi network is selected and the password is entered correctly.
