Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Device does not turn on. | Low battery or no power connection. | Charge the internal battery or connect to a 12V DC cigarette lighter power source. Ensure the power button is long-pressed. |
| Air pump not inflating. | Hose not properly connected, wrong mode selected, or target pressure not set. | Ensure the air hose is securely attached to both the pump and the item's valve. Select the correct inflation mode and set the desired pressure. Press the start button. |
| Device overheats and stops. | Continuous operation for too long. | Allow the device to cool down for 5-8 minutes after 5-8 minutes of use. Avoid continuous operation for more than 10 minutes. |
| Inaccurate pressure reading. | Loose connection or sensor issue. | Ensure the hose connection is tight. If the issue persists, contact customer support. |
User Tips
- Always check the recommended tire pressure for your vehicle or item before inflating.
- For car tires, it's often best to check and adjust pressure when tires are cold for the most accurate reading.
- Keep the various nozzles organized in the provided storage bag for easy access.
- The power bank feature is great for emergencies, but it's not intended as a primary charging solution for daily use.
