5. Maintenance
To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your DIANQI ZS9-VASK protector, follow these simple maintenance guidelines:
- Keep the device clean and dry. Avoid exposure to moisture or extreme temperatures.
- Do not attempt to open or repair the device yourself, as this will void any potential warranty and may pose a safety risk.
- Regularly check the plug and socket for any signs of wear or damage.
6. Troubleshooting
6.1 Common Issues and Solutions
- Device remains in protection state: This can occur if the overvoltage threshold (P3) is set lower than the undervoltage threshold (P5). Ensure P3 > P5.
- Unable to change settings: If the password lock (P19) value is not 112, you can only view parameters, not modify them. To change settings, ensure P19 is set to the correct value (default 112). P20 will only appear when P19 is correct.
- Inaccurate voltage/current readings: The device allows for voltage (P8) and current (P12) correction. Refer to the 'User Tips' section for calibration guidance.
