6. Troubleshooting
- Device not powering on: Ensure the USB power cable is securely connected to both the TV stick and a power source (TV USB port or 5V/1A adapter).
- No signal on TV: Check that the TV stick is fully inserted into the HDMI port. Try a different HDMI port. Ensure your TV is set to the correct HDMI input source.
- Remote control not responding: Check the batteries in the remote control. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the TV stick. The remote uses Bluetooth, so direct line of sight is not strictly required, but interference can occur.
- Cannot connect to Wi-Fi: Double-check your Wi-Fi password. Ensure the TV stick is within range of your Wi-Fi router. Try restarting your router.
- Apps not working or slow performance: Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Try clearing the cache of the problematic app (Settings → Apps → [App Name] → Clear Cache). If issues persist, try restarting the TV stick.
- Google account login required: The Dcolor GD1 TV Stick requires a Google account to function properly and access Google services and the Play Store. Please log in with your Google account during setup or via the settings.
