5. Setup Guide
5.1 Physical Installation
- Insert SIM Card: Locate the SIM/RESET slot at the bottom of the router. Insert a 4FF (Nano-SIM) card into the designated slot. Ensure it is inserted correctly according to the diagram on the device.
- Connect Power: Connect the power adapter to the router's power input port and then plug it into a power outlet. The router will automatically power on.
- Connect Ethernet (Optional): If you wish to use a wired connection or connect to an existing broadband network, plug one end of the Ethernet cable into one of the 2.5GE LAN ports on the router and the other end into your device (e.g., computer) or modem/ONT.

5.2 Initial Configuration
- Access Web Interface: Open a web browser on a device connected to the router (either via Wi-Fi or Ethernet). Enter the default IP address
192.168.0.1into the address bar and press Enter. - Language Selection: On the login page, you may find an option to select the interface language. Choose "English" for easier navigation.
- Login: Enter the default username and password (usually found on the bottom label of the device or in the Quick Start Guide). Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the initial setup, which may include changing the default password and setting up Wi-Fi names and passwords.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Network Mode Selection
The router can operate in various network modes. You can configure this via the web interface:
- Navigate to the "Network" section in the web interface.
- Under "Connection Mode", you can choose between "Automatic" (recommended) or "Manual".
- In "Network Selection", you can specify preferred network types such as "5G/4G/3G", "5G NSA", "5G SA", "4G Only", etc. Apply changes after selection.

6.2 Band Lock Functionality
For advanced users, the router supports locking to specific 4G or 5G frequency bands. This can be useful for optimizing signal strength or stability in certain areas.
- Access the "System" or "Router" settings in the web interface.
- Look for "4G Band Lock" or "NR5G Band Lock" options.
- Select the desired bands and click "Apply".

6.3 NFC One-Touch Connection
For NFC-enabled devices, you can quickly connect to the router's Wi-Fi network by simply tapping your device against the NFC area on the router (usually indicated by an 'N' symbol).
6.4 Dual Network Dual Standby
The router supports both cellular (SIM card) and wired broadband internet access. It can seamlessly switch between these methods if one fails, ensuring continuous network stability and security.

7. Maintenance
- Placement: Ensure the router is placed in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and obstructions that could block signal or airflow.
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the router. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosols.
- Firmware Updates: Regularly check the router's web interface for available firmware updates. Keeping the firmware updated ensures optimal performance, security, and access to new features.
- Resetting the Device: If the router experiences persistent issues, you can perform a factory reset. Locate the 'RESET' button (often combined with the SIM slot, as shown in Figure 6) and use a pin to press and hold it for approximately 5-10 seconds until the indicator lights change. This will restore the router to its factory default settings.
8. Troubleshooting
- No Internet Connection:
- Check if the SIM card is correctly inserted and active.
- Verify that the network indicator light is on and stable.
- Ensure the correct network mode (5G/4G/3G) is selected in the web interface.
- If using wired broadband, check the Ethernet cable connection and the status of your modem/ONT.
- Try restarting the router by unplugging and replugging the power adapter.
- Slow Wi-Fi Speed:
- Ensure your devices are connected to the appropriate Wi-Fi band (e.g., 5GHz or 6GHz for higher speeds).
- Reduce the distance between your devices and the router, and minimize obstructions.
- Check for interference from other electronic devices.
- Limit the number of connected devices if performance degrades significantly.
- Consider using the Band Lock feature to select a less congested frequency band if available in your area.
- Cannot Access Web Interface:
- Ensure your device is connected to the router's network.
- Verify that you are using the correct IP address (
192.168.0.1). - Clear your browser's cache or try a different browser.
- Temporarily disable any VPN or proxy settings on your device.
9. User Tips
- Network Compatibility: Before inserting your SIM card, confirm that your mobile operator's 5G/4G bands are supported by the router (refer to the Specifications section).
- Optimal Placement: For the best 5G signal reception, place the router near a window or in an open area, away from large metal objects or thick walls.
- Regular Reboots: A periodic reboot (e.g., once a month) can help maintain optimal performance and clear any temporary network glitches.
