5. Maintenance
5.1 Water Resistance
The SKMEI 2353 watch is water-resistant up to 30 meters (3 ATM/3 Bar). This means it is suitable for daily use, such as splashes, rain, or brief immersion in water. It is NOT recommended for swimming, diving, or showering with hot water, as steam and pressure can compromise the seals.

5.2 Cleaning
To clean your watch, wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth. For stainless steel bands, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by immediate drying. Avoid using chemical cleaners, solvents, or abrasive materials, as these can damage the watch's finish or internal components.
5.3 Battery Replacement
The watch is powered by a standard watch battery. When the display dims or functions become erratic, it may be time for a battery replacement. It is recommended to have the battery replaced by a qualified watch technician to ensure the water resistance seal is properly maintained.
6. Troubleshooting
- Display is blank or dim: The battery may be low or depleted. Replace the battery.
- Buttons are unresponsive: Ensure the watch is not in a locked mode (if applicable, though this model does not specify one). Try pressing all buttons firmly. If issues persist, a battery replacement or professional inspection may be needed.
- Time is inaccurate: Re-set the time and ensure DST settings are correct for your region. If the issue persists, the watch module may require service.
- Water inside the watch: Immediately take the watch to a professional for inspection and drying to prevent further damage.
