  1. Connect to Display: Plug the X9 Pro Game Stick directly into an available HDMI port on your TV, computer monitor, or projector.
  2. Connect Power: Connect the provided power cable to the DC port on the game stick and then to a 5V/1A USB power source (e.g., a TV USB port or a USB wall adapter, not included).
  3. Insert USB Receiver: Insert the 2.4G USB receiver into the USB port on the game stick.
  4. Prepare Gamepads: Each wireless gamepad requires two AA batteries (not included). Open the battery compartment on the back of each gamepad and insert the batteries, ensuring correct polarity. Close the compartment.
  5. Power On: Turn on your display device and select the correct HDMI input source. The game stick should power on automatically once connected to power.

Operating Instructions

Navigating the Menu

Use the D-pad or left analog stick on the gamepad to navigate through the game console's main menu. The 'A' button typically confirms selections, and the 'B' button usually goes back to the previous screen.

Selecting and Starting Games

The console comes pre-loaded with thousands of retro games across various platforms. Browse through the categories (e.g., PS1, PSP, SFC, N64, ATARI, MAME, FC, GB, MD) to find your desired game. Select a game and press 'A' to start. Note that some games may require the main controller (the one that lights up green) to initiate gameplay.

Downloading Additional Games

The X9 Pro Game Stick supports downloading additional games. Refer to the on-screen instructions or the full digital manual (if available) for detailed steps on how to add new game ROMs to the system's storage.

Maintenance

  • Keep the game stick and controllers clean by wiping them with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the device, as this will void any warranty and may cause damage.
  • Remove batteries from controllers if they will not be used for an extended period to prevent leakage.

Troubleshooting

No signal on TV:
Ensure the HDMI cable is securely connected to both the game stick and the TV. Verify that the TV input source is set to the correct HDMI port. Check if the power cable is properly connected and the game stick is receiving power.
Gamepads not responding:
Check if fresh AA batteries are correctly inserted into both gamepads. Ensure the 2.4G USB receiver is securely plugged into the game stick's USB port. Try re-pairing the controllers by turning them off and on, or by re-inserting the USB receiver.
Game not starting or freezing:
Some games may require the primary controller (the one that lights up green) to start. Ensure you are using the correct controller. If a game freezes, try restarting the game stick by unplugging and re-plugging the power cable.
Missing or damaged items upon receipt:
If you find the package or products damaged or items missing, it is recommended to record a clear video of the full package and its received weight. Contact customer support immediately with this evidence for assistance.

User Tips

  • Batteries: Remember that the wireless gamepads require two AA batteries each, which are not included in the package. Have them ready before setup.
  • Game Start: For certain games, ensure you are using the primary controller (the one with the green indicator light) to start the game, as the secondary controller might not initiate all titles.
  • Storage: Consider the storage option (64GB, 128GB, or 256GB) based on the number of games you wish to have pre-installed or add later.
