3. Installation and Wiring
The YNG200 receiver controller is designed for easy integration into existing garage door or electric gate systems. It can be used to replace an old receiver or to add new remote control capabilities.
3.1 Wiring Diagram
Connect the receiver to your motor and controller as shown in the diagram below. Ensure correct polarity for the power supply (9V-24V AC/DC) and proper connection to the control inputs (CH1, CH2) of your gate automation system.

The terminals are labeled as follows:
- ANT: Antenna connection.
- CH1: Channel 1 output.
- CH2: Channel 2 output.
- U+: Positive power input (9V-24V AC/DC).
- GND: Ground power input.
3.2 Application Scenarios
The receiver can be integrated into various gate and garage door systems. It acts as an intermediary, receiving signals from remote controls and transmitting commands to your motor and controller.

4. Programming and Operation
The YNG200 receiver supports programming for both Pulse Mode and Latch Mode, and is compatible with Fixed, Learning, and Rolling Code remote controls.

4.1 Programming Pulse Mode
- Power up the MDU module. The Power LED will turn ON.
- Press Button S1 once for programming Relay 1, or Button S2 once for programming Relay 2. The Learn LED will light up.
- Press and hold a button on the remote control until the Learn LED flashes five times. This indicates successful programming.
4.2 Programming Latch Mode
- Power up the MDU module. The Power LED will turn ON.
- Press Button S1 twice for programming Relay 1, or Button S2 twice for programming Relay 2. The Learn LED will light up.
- Press and hold a button on the remote control until the Learn LED flashes five times. This indicates successful programming.
Note: Each button of the remote key fob can be programmed independently.
4.3 Resetting the Module
To erase all remote controls stored in the module:
- Press and hold Button S1 or Button S2 on the control module until the Learn LED turns off. This action will clear all programmed remote controls.

5. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your receiver, consider the following common troubleshooting steps:
- No Response from Remote:
- Check if the receiver is powered correctly (Power LED should be ON).
- Ensure the remote control is functioning (check its battery).
- Verify that the remote control has been correctly programmed to the receiver (refer to Section 4).
- Confirm the remote control's frequency matches the receiver (433.92MHz).
- Limited Range:
- Ensure the receiver's antenna is properly connected and extended.
- Minimize obstructions between the remote and the receiver.
- Check for sources of interference (e.g., other wireless devices, metal structures).
- Incorrect Operation (e.g., gate opens/closes unexpectedly):
- Perform a module reset (Section 4.3) and reprogram your remote controls carefully.
- Ensure no other devices are transmitting on the same frequency causing interference.
6. User Tips
Maximize your experience with the YNG200 receiver using these helpful tips:
- Universal Compatibility: This receiver can learn both Fixed and Rolling Code 433.92MHz remote controls, allowing for flexible integration with various systems.
- Dual Control: With 2 channels, you can control two separate gate automations or alarm systems simultaneously using a single receiver.
- Memory Expansion: If your existing receiver's memory is full, connect the YNG200 to expand your system's capacity to up to 100 remote controls.
- Cost-Effective Remote Addition: Save money by using this receiver to add additional remote controls, especially when purchasing multiple remotes, as original remotes can be expensive.
- Remote Consolidation: If you use multiple remote controls for different systems, you can program them all to a single 4-channel remote (if compatible) via this receiver for convenience.
- Simple Integration: The receiver requires only 4 wires to connect to your control board, simplifying the installation process.
7. Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your YNG200 receiver controller, follow these general maintenance guidelines:
- Keep Dry: Protect the receiver from moisture and extreme humidity, which can damage electronic components.
- Clean Gently: If cleaning is necessary, use a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Avoid Physical Damage: Handle the receiver with care to prevent drops or impacts that could affect its internal circuitry.
- Antenna Position: Ensure the antenna is not obstructed and is positioned for optimal signal reception.
