4. Product Overview
The device features various interfaces and controls for its functions:
- Audio Output: For connecting to external audio systems.

- U Disk Reading (USB Port): For playing music, videos, and pictures from a USB device. Also supports Mirrorlink, CarPlay, or Android Auto connections.

5. Setup
5.1. Mounting the Device
The device comes with two types of mounting brackets. The actual bracket received shall prevail.
Method 1: Glass Suction Cup Suspension Installation
Attach the suction cup mount to a clean, smooth surface on your dashboard or windshield. Adjust the angle as needed.
Method 2: Desktop Horizontal Installation
Use the desktop mount for horizontal placement on your dashboard. Ensure it is stable and does not obstruct your view.

5.2. Power Connection
This device is powered by the cigarette lighter power plug. After installing the device, insert the power plug of the cigarette lighter into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket to power it on.
Cigarette Lighter Power Plug Styles:
- Style 1: Standard Cigarette Lighter Power Plug
- Style 2: Cigarette Lighter Power Plug with 2 USB ports
5.3. Reversing Camera Connection (Optional)
The reversing video input can be connected via the RCA adapter cable. When a signal is detected at this port (e.g., when reverse gear is engaged), the LCD will automatically switch to the camera image. The camera is purchased separately.

To connect the reversing camera, connect the RCA adapter cable from the camera to the reversing camera input on the main unit. Connect the camera's power cable to the vehicle's reverse lights.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1. Bluetooth Pairing Connection
You can use Bluetooth for music playback or hands-free calls. When using wireless CarPlay or Android Auto, you need to pair the Bluetooth connection first.
- Device Bluetooth Name: "SWL-BT"
- PIN Number: "0000" or "1234" (if required)
Connection Method:
- Power on the machine.
- On your mobile phone, turn on the Bluetooth function and search for devices.
- When "SWL-BT" is found, click to connect.

6.2. Audio Output Methods
There are three ways to output audio from the device:
- Built-in Speaker: When playing music from a USB flash drive, the sound will come from the built-in speaker on the back of the unit.
- AUX Line Transmission: The AUX line can transmit audio to your original car player (supported by some models).
- FM Transmission: The device can transmit audio to your original car radio.
FM Transmission Operation Method:
- Choose an empty channel position on your original car radio (e.g., 93.6MHz) to avoid interference.
- Set the FM transmission frequency on the portable player to match the frequency on your car radio (e.g., 93.6MHz).
- The audio will now be transmitted through your car's speakers.

6.3. Apple CarPlay (Wired & Wireless)
CarPlay allows you to use various functions of your iPhone on the car screen.
Wired Connection:
Connect your iPhone to the device using a USB data cable. The device will automatically enter the CarPlay interface.
Wireless Connection:
First, enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on your iPhone, then connect to the device's Bluetooth. The device will automatically enter the CarPlay interface. The signal is transmitted via Wi-Fi, so it will function normally even if Bluetooth is turned off. If Wi-Fi is turned off, CarPlay will disconnect.

6.4. Android Auto (Wired & Wireless)
Connect your Android phone to the car screen to display your Android applications. This feature may not be supported in all countries, and Google Play services must be available locally.
Wired Connection:
Connect your Android phone to the device using a USB data cable. The device will automatically enter the Android Auto interface.
Wireless Connection:
First, enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on your Android phone, then connect to the device's Bluetooth. The device will automatically enter the Android Auto interface. The signal is transmitted via Wi-Fi, so it will function normally even if Bluetooth is turned off. If Wi-Fi is turned off, Android Auto will disconnect.

6.5. MirrorLink (Mobile Screen Projection)
MirrorLink allows mobile screen mirroring, compatible with both Android and iPhone.
iPhone MirrorLink:
When connected to an iPhone, the phone screen content will be projected onto the car screen. Note that you cannot control your iPhone from the car screen in this mode.
Android MirrorLink:
For Android devices, after connecting the USB data cable, you will be prompted to install the APP software. After installation, reconnect the data cable to enter screen mirroring mode. You can operate from both the player screen and the phone screen. Image transfer is successful, but audio is only transmitted after a successful Bluetooth connection.

6.6. Multimedia Playback
The device supports reading TF cards and U disks for audio, video, and picture playback. It has a built-in 1W speaker.

6.7. UI Interface Display
The device offers two UI interfaces that can be switched by entering the password "113266" in the factory settings.

8. Troubleshooting
Common problems and their solutions:
8.1. How to connect MirrorLink
Before connecting your mobile phone, click the "PhoneLink" function on the device, select "Mirror" mode, then connect the mobile phone's data cable and authorize the connection on your mobile phone.
8.2. How to get sound through the car speakers
- The built-in speaker of the device can emit sound; you can turn it off in the system settings.
- Transmit sound to the original car radio using the FM transmitting function (e.g., select 86.3MHz on the device, play USB music, then use the car radio to search for 86.3MHz).
- Transmit audio to the original car player via the AUX OUT (3.5MM) interface (only some models have this interface).
8.3. Bluetooth not working properly
Delete the paired "SWL-BT" from your mobile phone, then re-search for the Bluetooth name "SWL-BT". After successful pairing, it can be used normally.
8.4. Cannot automatically connect with CarPlay or Android Auto
- You need to set CarPlay or Android Auto as the default connection mode in the PhoneLink settings interface. It will then automatically jump to the CarPlay or Android Auto interface when USB is connected.
- If it is a wireless connection, you need to turn on Wi-Fi on your mobile phone. When Bluetooth is connected, it will automatically jump to the CarPlay or Android Auto interface.
8.5. Low volume for music playback or phone calls
Press and hold your finger on the top of the screen and slide down to pull down the status bar to adjust the playback volume. Return to the main interface during a call, pull down the status bar to adjust the call volume.
8.6. Cannot remember time and date, settings
The machine does not have a battery, so it cannot remember the time and date. After connecting to a mobile phone, the time and date will be automatically updated.
8.7. Cannot play TF card, USB music, and video
Use 8G or 16G TF cards and USB devices. Some large-capacity storage devices may not be supported. Format the storage device using the FAT32 file system. Some encoding formats may not be recognized; please use common format media files.
