Introduction
The Cubot KingKong ES is an ultra-thin rugged smartphone designed for durability and performance. 1. Setup
1.1 SIM Card and TF Card Installation
The Cubot KingKong ES supports Dual Nano SIM cards and a TF (microSD) card for expanded storage. The TF card slot is shared with one of the SIM card slots.
- Locate the SIM card tray on the side of the phone.
- Use the provided SIM ejector tool to open the tray.
- Carefully place your Nano SIM card(s) and/or TF card into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure the cards are correctly oriented as indicated on the tray.
- Gently push the tray back into the phone until it clicks into place.

1.2 Initial Charging and Power On
Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your device.
- Connect the USB Type-C cable to the charging port at the bottom of the phone.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible power adapter and plug it into a power outlet.
- The phone will display a charging indicator. Once fully charged, disconnect the charger.
- To power on, press and hold the Power button (located on the side) until the Cubot logo appears.

Your KingKong ES runs on Android 14, offering a user-friendly interface. Navigate using gestures or on-screen buttons. Swipe up from the bottom for the app drawer, swipe down from the top for notifications and quick settings.

2.3 Camera Usage
Capture stunning photos and videos with the versatile camera system:
- Rear Camera: A 48MP PDAF main camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a sensor with a 1A flash LED for various shooting conditions.
- Front Camera: A 16MP camera for clear selfies and video calls.
Open the Camera app, select your desired mode (Photo, Video, Macro, Night-View), and tap the shutter button to capture moments.

- Phone not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a charger for at least 30 minutes, then try powering on again.
