  2. Mounting the Laser Level:

    • On a Tripod: Extend the tripod legs and adjust the height. Secure the laser level onto the tripod's 1/4'' screw thread. Use the tripod's adjustment knob to fine-tune the height and angle.
    • On a Lifting Platform: Place the laser level on the lifting platform for precise height adjustments.
    • Using Wall Bracket/Magnetic Bracket: Attach the wall bracket to a suitable surface. The laser level can then be mounted onto the bracket using its magnetic base or screw thread.

  3. Powering On: Slide the ON/OFF switch to the 'ON' position. The laser level will emit green laser lines.

6. Operating Instructions

  1. Self-Leveling Mode:

    • When the ON/OFF switch is in the 'ON' position and the pendulum is unlocked, the laser level will automatically self-level within a ±3° tilt range.
    • If the tilt angle exceeds 4°, the device will continuously beep and the laser lines will flash to indicate it is out of level. Adjust the position of the laser level until it self-levels.

  2. Manual Mode (Tilt Mode):

    • To use the laser level at any angle (e.g., for stairs or sloped surfaces), you must first lock the pendulum. Slide the ON/OFF switch to the 'OFF' position to lock the pendulum.
    • Then, long press the 'OUTDOOR' button (often labeled 'V' or a similar function button) for 3 seconds. The laser lines will flash to confirm manual mode is active.
    • In manual mode, the laser lines can be projected at any desired angle without self-leveling.
  3. Switching Laser Lines:

    • Use the 'H' button to toggle horizontal laser lines.
    • Use the 'V' button to toggle vertical laser lines.
    • You can activate combinations of horizontal and vertical lines as needed.

  4. Adjusting Light Intensity:

    • The laser level offers multiple light intensity settings. Press the appropriate button (often 'H' or a dedicated brightness button) to cycle through different brightness levels (e.g., 50%, 100%).
    • A flashing alarm mode may also be available for increased visibility in certain conditions.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the laser level. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Storage: Store the device in its plastic box in a dry, dust-free environment when not in use. Remove the battery if storing for extended periods.
  • Calibration: If you suspect the laser level is out of calibration, refer to a professional service center. Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device yourself.

8. Troubleshooting

  • Laser lines are flashing and beeping: This indicates the device is outside its self-leveling range (tilt angle > 4°). Adjust the position of the laser level until it is within the acceptable range.
  • No laser lines: Check if the device is powered on and the battery is charged. Ensure the pendulum is unlocked for self-leveling mode, or that manual mode has been activated correctly.
  • Laser lines are dim: Adjust the light intensity setting using the appropriate button. Ensure the working environment is not excessively bright.
  • Laser level not responding to remote control: Check the remote control's battery. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the laser level.

9. User Tips

  • For outdoor use or in very bright conditions, consider using a laser detector to extend the working range and improve visibility of the laser lines.
  • Always ensure the laser level is placed on a stable surface or securely mounted to prevent movement during operation.
  • When working on sloped surfaces, remember to engage the manual mode to lock the pendulum and prevent the self-leveling alarm.
  • Regularly check the battery level to avoid interruptions during your work. The display on the device shows the current battery percentage.
