1. Introduction

The NETUM C750 is a versatile 2D barcode scanner designed for various applications, offering full-size scanning performance in a compact, ergonomic pocket-sized device. It supports multiple connection modes and is compatible with a wide range of devices and operating systems.

Key Features:

  • Full-Size Performance: Equipped with an area-imaging engine for scanning virtually all 1D and 2D barcodes, including poor quality, damaged, or low contrast codes.
  • Mobile Marketing Enabler: Capable of scanning barcodes directly from smartphone screens, supporting mobile coupons, e-tickets, digital wallets, and loyalty cards.
  • Ergonomically Designed: Contoured and elegant design with an over-sized scan button and lightweight construction for comfortable use.
  • Efficient Wireless Performance: Bluetooth wireless technology provides freedom of movement up to 50 meters (164 ft) from the host device, and 2.4G wireless up to 100 meters (328 ft).
  • 3-in-1 Connection Mode: Supports USB Wired, 2.4G Wireless, and Bluetooth connections.
  • Multi-language Support: Supports English, German, Japanese, French, Italian, and Spanish.

3. Setup

3.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, ensure the scanner is fully charged. Connect the USB Type-C cable to the scanner's USB Type-C port and the other end to a power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter). The scanner will emit two beeps when the battery is low, indicating it needs to be charged immediately.

3.2 Connection Modes

The NETUM C750 offers three connection options:

3.2.1 USB Wired Connection

  1. Connect the USB Type-C cable to the scanner and the standard USB-A end to your computer's USB port.
  2. The scanner will be recognized as a HID keyboard device and is ready for use. No additional drivers are typically required.

3.2.2 2.4G Wireless Connection

  1. Plug the 2.4G Wireless USB dongle into an available USB port on your computer.
  2. Turn on the scanner using the physical switch.
  3. The scanner should automatically pair with the dongle. If not, refer to the troubleshooting section or contact support for pairing instructions.

3.2.3 Bluetooth Connection

  1. Turn on the scanner using the physical switch.
  2. Enable Bluetooth on your iOS, Android, or Windows Mobile device, or your PC/laptop.
  3. Search for available Bluetooth devices and select the NETUM C750 scanner from the list to pair.
  4. Once paired, the scanner will function as a Bluetooth keyboard input device.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Basic Scanning

To scan a barcode, point the scanner's window at the barcode and press the scan button. The scanner will emit a successful scan beep and the data will be transmitted to your connected device.

4.2 Supported Barcode Types

The C750 supports a wide range of 1D and 2D barcodes, including:

  • 1D Barcodes: Traditional linear barcodes (e.g., UPC/EAN, Code 39, Code 128).
  • 2D Barcodes: QR Code, Data Matrix, MicroPDF417, PDF417.
