5. Setup

5.1 Assembling the Whisk Head

The frother is designed for easy assembly and disassembly. To attach the whisk head:

1. Align the whisk rod with the opening on the frother unit.
2. Gently press the whisk into the unit until it clicks securely into place.

To disassemble, simply pull the whisk head out from the unit.

5.2 Charging the Frother

The frother features a built-in rechargeable battery and a USB Type-C charging port for convenience.

1. Locate the USB Type-C port at the bottom of the frother unit.

6. Operating Instructions

The Xiaomi Milk Frother offers three-speed settings for various mixing needs. The power button also controls the speed settings.

6.1 Power On/Off and Speed Selection

1. Power On: Press the power button once to turn on the frother at the lowest speed setting. One indicator light will illuminate.
2. Change Speed: Press the power button again to cycle through the speed settings: Low (1 light), Mid (2 lights), High (3 lights).
3. Power Off: After reaching the highest speed, press the button one more time to turn off the frother. Alternatively, press and hold the power button for a few seconds to turn it off from any speed setting.

Select a high-speed setting and froth for 20-30 seconds until desired foam consistency is achieved. The dual-tier foamer is designed to create rich and delicate foam quickly.
• For Egg Mixtures: Use the low-speed setting to gently stir egg mixtures for custards or omelets.
• For Sauces and Baby Food: The mid-speed setting is ideal for mixing jams, honey sauces, or preparing smooth baby food.

7. Cleaning and Maintenance

The Xiaomi Milk Frother is designed for easy cleaning thanks to its food-grade stainless steel whisk head.

1. After each use, rinse the whisk head under running water.
2. For a more thorough clean, place the whisk head into a glass of water and turn on the frother. The vortex flow will help clean the whisk more effectively.
3. Turn off the frother and then turn it on again for 2-3 seconds to dry the whisk head by spinning off excess water.
4. Wipe the main body of the frother with a damp cloth if needed. Do not immerse the main body in water.
