To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the keyboard frequently. Charge it regularly using the provided Type-C cable. If storing the keyboard for an extended period, charge it to about 50% and store it in a cool, dry place.

  • Keyboard not connecting via 2.4G Wireless: Ensure the 2.4G receiver is securely plugged into a USB port and the keyboard switch is set to '2.4G'. Try a different USB port.
  • Keyboard not connecting via Bluetooth: Ensure the keyboard switch is set to 'BT'. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the keyboard is in pairing mode. Remove any previous pairings and try pairing again.
  • Keys not responding: Check the connection mode. If wired, ensure the cable is secure. If wireless, check battery level and connection. Try restarting the keyboard and your device.
  • Backlight not working: Ensure the backlight is turned on using the FN + Backspace combination. Check the battery level.
  • Battery not charging: Ensure the Type-C cable is properly connected to both the keyboard and the power source. Try a different cable or power source.

8. User Tips

  • Device Compatibility: While the M68 keyboard is designed for broad compatibility with desktops, laptops, and tablets, always ensure your specific device (e.g., gaming console like Sony 5) supports standard USB HID (Human Interface Device) or Bluetooth keyboard profiles for full functionality.
  • Optimal Typing Angle: Experiment with the adjustable kickstands to find the most comfortable typing angle for your posture and desk setup.
  • Battery Management: For optimal battery life, consider turning off the backlight when not needed, especially during long wireless usage sessions.
