6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the camera body and lens. Avoid using liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
  • Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the camera regularly, even if not in use for extended periods.
  • Storage: Store the camera in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Firmware Updates: Check the manufacturer's website or app for any available firmware updates to ensure optimal performance and new features.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Camera not powering on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a power source and try again.
  • Cannot record: Verify that a TF card is properly inserted and has sufficient free space. Ensure the camera is in the correct recording mode.
  • TF card not recognized or data corruption: Always power off the camera before inserting or removing the TF card. Hot-plugging the TF card is not supported and can lead to issues.
  • Poor video quality: Ensure the lens is clean. Check lighting conditions; night vision performance depends on ambient light.
  • Wi-Fi connection issues: Ensure the camera is within range of your Wi-Fi network. Restart both the camera and your mobile device. Check app settings and permissions.

8. User Tips

  • For optimal performance, use a high-quality TF card from a reputable brand.
  • Regularly back up important recordings from your TF card to another storage device.
  • Experiment with different mounting positions using the included clip and stand to find the best angle for your recording needs.
