1. Product Overview

The Miboxer Zigbee 3.0 series offers a range of LED strip controllers and gateways designed for intelligent lighting control. These devices are compatible with the Zigbee 3.0 standard protocol, allowing for app control, third-party voice control, and online upgrades. The controllers support various LED strip types including Dual White, Single Color, RGB, RGBW, and RGB+CCT, providing millions of colors, adjustable brightness, and saturation.

2. Setup Instructions

2.1 Wiring the LED Controllers

Ensure all power is disconnected before wiring. The controllers operate on DC 12V~24V. Connect the power supply to the 'INPUT' terminals and the LED strip to the 'OUTPUT' terminals, matching the polarity (V+, V-, R, G, B, W, CCT) as appropriate for your controller model.

2.2 Gateway Connection (ZB-Box1 / ZB-Box2)

The gateway acts as the core equipment for Zigbee networking, connecting your smart devices to your home network for app and voice control.

2.3 Quick Networking Steps (App Setup)

1. Connect your mobile phone to a 2.4GHz WiFi network.
2. Download and install the 'MiBoxer Smart' APP.
3. Connect the gateway (ZB-Box1 or ZB-Box2) to its power supply (DC5V/1A Micro USB) and connect it to your 2.4GHz band router via WiFi (for ZB-Box1) or network cable (for ZB-Box2). Ensure your mobile phone and gateway are on the same local area network.
4. Confirm that the distribution network indicator light on the gateway is steady green. If not, long press the 'Reset' button for 5 seconds until the green light is steady.
5. Open the MiBoxer Smart APP, click the '+' button in the upper right corner on the 'My Home' page to manually or automatically add the device.
6. Successfully add the device according to the APP guidelines.
7. After adding successfully, you can find the device in the 'My Home' list.

2.4 Pairing Controllers to Zigbee Network

To pair an LED controller (FUT035Z, FUT036Z, FUT037Z, FUT038Z, FUT039Z) with the Zigbee network, press the 'SET' button on the controller 3 times continuously.

3.1 MiBoxer Smart APP Control

Once connected to the gateway, you can control your LED strips using the MiBoxer Smart APP. The app provides a comprehensive suite of features:

• Music Rhythm: Sync your lights with music for dynamic effects.
• Tap-to-Run & Automation: Create custom scenes and automated actions.
• Timing Setting: Schedule lights to turn on/off at specific times.

• Device not appearing in APP: Ensure your mobile phone and gateway are connected to the same 2.4GHz WiFi network. Check if the gateway's network indicator is steady green. If not, reset the gateway by long-pressing the 'Reset' button for 5 seconds.
• LED strip not responding: Verify that the LED controller is correctly wired to both the power supply and the LED strip. Ensure the controller is successfully paired to the Zigbee network (press 'SET' 3 times to re-pair if necessary).
• 'Do Not Disturb' Mode: If your light does not turn on immediately after being switched off, and you suspect it's in 'Do Not Disturb' mode (a feature for areas with frequent power outages to save energy), you may need to power it on twice for it to light up.
• Voice control issues: Ensure your gateway is properly linked to your voice assistant account (e.g., Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant) and that the devices are discovered and named correctly within the voice assistant app.
