Safety Information

Setup

1. Unpacking and Inspection

Carefully unpack all components from the wooden packaging. Verify that all items listed in the packing list are present and undamaged.

2. Placement

Place the machine on a stable, level surface with adequate ventilation around the rear cooling fans.

3. Power Connection

Connect the power cable to the machine and a suitable power outlet (110~220V). Ensure the power switch is in the OFF position before connecting.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On and Interface Navigation

Turn on the machine. The large touch screen will display the main interface. You can navigate using the touch screen or the provided wireless mouse and keyboard.

2. Voice Control (AI Intelligent Language Control)

The machine supports AI intelligent language control. You can use voice commands for certain operations, such as "Hello TBK" to activate and "Focus" or "Start" to initiate actions. This feature allows for hands-free operation.

3. Selecting Operation Mode

From the main interface, select the type of device (e.g., Phone, Tablet, Watch) and the desired operation (e.g., Remove back cover, Remove screen, Remove holder). The machine features a rich drawing library covering mainstream mobile phone models for precise positioning.

4. Placing the Workpiece and Auto Focus

  1. Open the eye protection safety door.
  2. Carefully place the device (e.g., phone) onto the work platform within the 180x180mm work area.
  3. Close the safety door.
  4. Initiate the auto-focus function (e.g., via voice command "Focus" or touch screen button) for high-speed automatic precision focus.

5. Starting the Laser Process

Once focused, initiate the laser process (e.g., via voice command "Start" or touch screen button). The machine will perform the selected operation, such as separating the screen or back cover. The process is designed for easy separation without requiring wire guides.

Maintenance

1. Activated Carbon Filter Maintenance

The machine is equipped with a multi-layer activated carbon filtration exhaust system to effectively adsorb harmful gases. Regularly check and replace the activated carbon filters as needed to maintain optimal air quality and machine performance.

2. General Cleaning

Keep the work area and exterior of the machine clean. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the machine's surfaces or internal components.

3. Laser Lens Cleaning

Periodically inspect the laser lens for dust or debris. Clean gently with a specialized lens cleaning solution and a lint-free cloth to ensure clear laser output and marking accuracy.

Troubleshooting

  • Machine not powering on: Check power cable connection and ensure the power switch is ON. Verify the power outlet is functional.
  • Laser not firing: Ensure the safety door is fully closed. Check if the auto-focus process completed successfully. Verify that the correct operation mode and blueprint are selected.
  • Poor marking quality: Clean the laser lens. Ensure the workpiece is properly focused. Check the material settings and adjust laser parameters if necessary.
  • Voice control not responding: Ensure you are speaking clearly and within range of the microphone. Check the voice control settings in the software.
  • Touch screen unresponsive: Restart the machine. If the issue persists, try using the external mouse and keyboard.
