5. Starting the Laser Process
Once focused, initiate the laser process (e.g., via voice command "Start" or touch screen button). The machine will perform the selected operation, such as separating the screen or back cover. The process is designed for easy separation without requiring wire guides.
Maintenance
1. Activated Carbon Filter Maintenance
The machine is equipped with a multi-layer activated carbon filtration exhaust system to effectively adsorb harmful gases. Regularly check and replace the activated carbon filters as needed to maintain optimal air quality and machine performance.
2. General Cleaning
Keep the work area and exterior of the machine clean. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the machine's surfaces or internal components.
3. Laser Lens Cleaning
Periodically inspect the laser lens for dust or debris. Clean gently with a specialized lens cleaning solution and a lint-free cloth to ensure clear laser output and marking accuracy.
Troubleshooting
- Machine not powering on: Check power cable connection and ensure the power switch is ON. Verify the power outlet is functional.
- Laser not firing: Ensure the safety door is fully closed. Check if the auto-focus process completed successfully. Verify that the correct operation mode and blueprint are selected.
- Poor marking quality: Clean the laser lens. Ensure the workpiece is properly focused. Check the material settings and adjust laser parameters if necessary.
- Voice control not responding: Ensure you are speaking clearly and within range of the microphone. Check the voice control settings in the software.
