4.2 Pairing with a Single Device

  1. Turn on the headset by pressing the "Power Button". The indicator light will flash red and blue alternately, indicating it's in pairing mode. (Note: If only the blue light flashes and then quickly goes out, it means the headset is already connected to another device. Disconnect it first before pairing with a new device.)
  2. Enable Bluetooth on your mobile phone or other device.
  3. Search for the headset name "V8" or "V9" in the list of available devices.
  4. Click to pair. The headset indicator will turn off after successful pairing. (If prompted for a password or pass code, enter "0000".)
  5. For subsequent use, simply turn on the headset, and it will automatically connect to the last paired device.

4.3 Connecting to Two Mobile Phones Simultaneously (Multi-point Link)

  1. First, follow the steps in section 4.2 to connect the headset to the first mobile phone.
  2. Turn off the Bluetooth function on the first mobile phone. The headset will return to "pairing status" (red and blue indicator flashing alternately).
  3. Connect the headset to the second mobile phone using the same pairing steps as for a single device.
  4. Once the second mobile phone is successfully connected, turn on the Bluetooth function of the first mobile phone again.
  5. Find "V8" or "V9" in the "My Devices" list on the first phone and click "Connect".
  6. The headset is now successfully connected to both mobile phones. It supports automatic call switching between devices.

4.4 Language Switching

If you accidentally change the headset's voice prompt language, follow these steps to restore it to English:

  1. Disconnect the headset from any phone and ensure it is in pairing status (indicator light flashes red and blue alternately).
  2. Double-click the "Answer Button" (Play/Pause Button) to switch the language to English.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

Wipe the headset gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the surface or internal components.

5.2 Storage

When not in use, store the headset in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for an extended period, ensure the battery is partially charged (around 50%) to prolong its lifespan.

5.3 Battery Care

To maximize battery life, avoid fully discharging the headset frequently. Charge it when the battery is low, and as mentioned in section 3.1, always use a 5V1A charger.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Headset not pairing: Ensure the headset is in pairing mode (red and blue indicator flashing alternately). If it's only flashing blue and then off, it's connected to another device; disconnect it first. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
  • Cannot connect to a new device: If the headset was previously paired, it might try to connect to the last device. Turn off Bluetooth on previously paired devices or manually disconnect the headset from them.
  • Prompted for a password during pairing: Enter "0000".
  • Accidentally changed language: Refer to section 4.4 for instructions on how to switch the language back to English.
  • No sound or poor audio quality: Ensure the headset is charged and properly paired. Check the volume levels on both the headset and your connected device. Ensure you are within the maximum wireless range of 10 meters.
  • Headset not charging: Verify the charging cable is securely connected to both the headset and the power source. Ensure the power source is active. Use a 5V1A charger.
