  1. Ensure the charging dock and cable match product specifications. Connect the cable to the dock, then plug the dock into a standard EU commercial outlet (110V-240V).
  2. Place the hair clipper firmly on the charging dock, ensuring the charging port is fully engaged. The circular LED indicator will light up red, indicating charging.
  3. The LED indicator stays red during charging and turns green when fully charged (charging takes about 3 hours).

2.3 Attaching Limit Combs:

  1. Choose the appropriate limit comb setting (1.5mm-19mm) based on your desired hair length.

3.2 Professional Hairdressing Tips:

  • For thick hair: Work against the natural growth direction at a 45° angle, using high-speed rotation to cut quickly and avoid pulling the strands by pressing too hard.
  • Fine trimming: Use a 1mm/3mm limit comb and gently move it along the hair growth direction, keeping the blade parallel to the skin, and adjust the trimming range in small increments.
  • Contouring: Remove the limit comb and use the 1mm setting. With the blade perpendicular to the hair direction, precisely trim the hairline and contour lines.

4. Cleaning and Maintenance

4.1 Daily Cleaning (After Each Use):

  1. Shut down and disconnect the power supply, then remove the limit comb.
  2. Use the professional cleaning brush to thoroughly remove hair fragments from the blade's engagement area and device gaps.
  3. Wipe the fuselage surface and limit comb with a dry soft cloth to remove dust and hair debris.
  4. (Optional) Drop 1 drop of special lubricating oil (to be purchased separately) to the blade head, run the machine for 10 seconds, and allow the oil to distribute evenly.
  5. Reinstall the cleaned limit comb or store it in a dry place.

4.2 Deep Maintenance (Once a Week):

  1. After daily cleaning, inspect the blade for wear. If chipped edges, coating detachment, or poor shearing performance are noticed, contact customer service for a factory-certified replacement blade.
  2. Check the charging dock and cable: Clean the charging port and inspect the cable for damage.
  3. Battery status check: After fully charging, run the trimmer continuously for 30 minutes. If there's a sudden power outage or significant drop in battery life (below 120 minutes), contact customer service.
  4. For maintenance: Wipe the body with a dry cloth dipped in a small amount of specialized plastic cleaner (avoiding alcohol or corrosive components) to maintain luster and stain resistance.

4.3 Blade Replacement:

  1. Business scenarios recommend replacing the blade head every 6 months or after 1000 hours of use.
  2. Procedure: Disconnect power supply → Gently pull the blade head outward with both hands → Insert the new blade head into the slot with a click → Check for looseness → (Optional) Apply lubricant → Start trial run.
  3. Only BRDCLIP's original EU-compliant M390 steel blade is approved.
