4. Setup
4.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge your SOONWELL V-Mount Battery using a compatible V-mount charger. The five-segment power display will indicate the charging progress.
4.2 Attaching to Equipment

4.3 Connecting External Devices

5.2 Checking Battery Level
Press the small button next to the LED indicators on the side of the battery to activate the five-segment power display. Each segment represents approximately 25% of the battery's charge:
- 1 Grid: 1% - 25%
- 2 Grids: 26% - 50%
- 3 Grids: 51% - 75%
- 4 Grids: 76% - 100%

6. Maintenance

7. Troubleshooting
- Battery Not Charging: Ensure the charger is properly connected and functional. Check for any damage to the charging port or cable.
- No Power Output: Verify the battery is securely mounted and fully charged. Check connections to the device. If the battery has entered a protection state (e.g., due to short circuit), it may need to be reset by disconnecting and reconnecting, or by charging briefly.
- LED Indicators Not Working: If the battery is charged but indicators are unresponsive, try pressing the check button firmly. If the issue persists, contact support.
