4. Maintenance

4.1 Overheat Protection

The camera features an intelligent overheating protection function. If the device's temperature reaches 131°F (55°C) due to prolonged operation, an automatic reminder will appear on the screen, and the printing function will be temporarily suspended. This is a safety measure to prevent damage and ensure safe use. Allow the camera to cool down before resuming printing.

4.2 Battery Care

  • Charge the camera regularly, even if not in use, to maintain battery health.
  • Avoid exposing the camera to extreme temperatures, which can affect battery life.

4.3 Cleaning and Storage

  • Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the camera's exterior. Do not use liquid cleaners.
  • Keep the lens clean for clear photos.
  • Store the camera in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
  • When not in use for extended periods, ensure the camera is turned off to conserve battery. The camera has an automatic shutdown function when idle.

5. Troubleshooting

  • Camera not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a power source using the USB Type-C cable.
  • Printing issues (blank prints, faded prints): Check if the thermal paper is loaded correctly and if it's the correct type of paper. Adjust print density settings in the camera menu. If an overheat warning is active, wait for the camera to cool down.
  • Cannot save photos/videos: Ensure the MicroSD card is properly inserted and has sufficient free space.
  • Camera is hot: If the camera displays an 'Over Heat' warning, the overheat protection has activated. Stop printing and allow the camera to cool down.
  • Screen is unresponsive: Try restarting the camera by holding the power button. If the issue persists, ensure the battery is charged.
