- Adjust the water pressure dial on the main unit to the lowest setting (1) for your first use. You can increase it gradually to one of the 5 gears as you become comfortable.
- Select your desired water column mode: Direct or Spiral.
6.2 Flossing Technique
- Lean over a sink and place the nozzle tip into your mouth, pointing it towards your teeth and gumline at a 90-degree angle.
- Turn on the unit using the power button on the handle.
- Close your lips slightly to prevent splashing, but allow water to flow from your mouth into the sink.
- Guide the water jet along your gumline, pausing briefly between teeth and focusing on cleaning both the front and back surfaces of your teeth.
- Continue until you have cleaned all areas of your mouth.
- Turn off the unit and remove the nozzle.

7. Maintenance
7.1 Cleaning the Water Tank
Empty and rinse the water tank after each use. For a deeper clean, the tank can be detached and washed with mild soap and water. Ensure it is thoroughly rinsed to remove all soap residue.
7.2 Cleaning Nozzles
Rinse nozzles under running water after each use. For optimal hygiene, replace nozzles every 3-6 months, or sooner if they show signs of wear.
7.3 Cleaning the Air Filter
The built-in air filter helps generate active oxygen. Periodically check and clean the air filter to ensure optimal performance. Refer to the diagram on the unit for the air filter location. Gently remove and rinse under water, then allow to air dry before reinserting.
7.4 Cleaning the Main Unit
Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.
8. Troubleshooting
- No water flow: Ensure the water tank is properly seated and filled. Check if the nozzle is securely attached.
- Weak water pressure: Verify the water pressure dial is set to a higher gear. Ensure the air filter is clean and not obstructed.
- Unit not turning on: Check if the unit is plugged in and the handle is charged. Ensure the power button is pressed firmly.
- Excessive splashing: Ensure your lips are slightly closed around the nozzle to direct water into the sink. Start with a lower pressure setting.
