4. Setup and Installation

Before installation, ensure your vehicle's battery is disconnected to prevent electrical shorts. Refer to the included installation instructions for detailed diagrams.

4.2 Mounting the Switch Panel

4.3 Wiring the Control Box

The control box provides a clean and organized way to connect and manage your vehicle's accessories. Follow these steps:

  1. Connect to Battery: Connect the main power wires from the control box to your vehicle's battery (positive and negative terminals).
  2. Connect ACC Wire: Connect the ACC (Accessory) wire to a switched power source in your vehicle. This ensures the panel powers on/off with your ignition.
  3. Connect Accessories: Connect your LED lights or other accessories to the designated output terminals on the control box. The control box features various amperage fuses (5A, 10A, 20A, 30A) for different accessories.
  4. Secure Wiring: Ensure all connections are secure and wires are neatly routed and protected. The fuse adapter allows for easy connection to the vehicle's fuse box without damaging original wiring.

5. Operation

5.1 Direct Switch Panel Operation

Each button on the switch panel controls a connected accessory. Press a button to activate or deactivate the corresponding accessory. The LED indicator on each button will show its status.

5.2 Lighting Modes

The switch panel supports three distinct lighting modes for each switch:

  • RED - Toggle Mode: Provides a constant light output. Ideal for accessories like fog lights or driving lights that need to stay on.
  • BLUE - Momentary Mode: The accessory is active only while the button is pressed and held. Releasing the button turns the accessory off. Useful for horns or temporary signals.
  • GREEN - Pulsed Mode: The accessory flashes on/off repeatedly until the button is pressed again to stop the flashing. Suitable for warning lights or strobes.

5.3 Backlight Brightness Adjustment

The panel offers three ways to adjust backlight brightness:

  1. APP Manual Adjustment: Use the Bluetooth APP to manually set the desired backlight color and brightness.
  2. Automatic Brightness Sensing: The panel features an automatic light sensor that adjusts backlight brightness based on ambient light conditions.

5.5 Wireless Remote Control

The wireless remote control offers convenient operation from a distance:

  • Pairing: One control box can pair with up to four wireless remote controllers.
  • Magnetic Backplate: The remote has a strong magnetic backplate, allowing it to be easily attached to metal surfaces for quick access.
  • Range: Operates up to 165ft/50m from the control box.
  • Memory Function: The system remembers your last settings, ensuring your preferences are retained even after power cycles.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Regularly wipe the switch panel and control box with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and debris. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Fuse Check: The system includes resettable fuses. In case of an overload, the fuse will trip to protect the circuit. If an accessory stops working, check the corresponding fuse on the control box. If it's a resettable fuse, it may reset automatically or require a manual reset.
  • Remote Battery Replacement: The wireless remote control uses replaceable batteries. If the remote's performance degrades, replace the batteries as needed.
