4. Maintenance
- Keep the device clean and free from dust and moisture.
- Store the device in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- Avoid dropping the device or subjecting it to strong impacts.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the device, as this will void the warranty.
5. Troubleshooting
5.1. Device cannot find the "KONNWEI" Bluetooth network.
- Check if the adapter is powered on (button on the front panel).
- Check the power supply of your OBDII connector; it should provide 12-14 volts.
- Check if the car ignition is on.
- Try to turn off the ignition, remove the adapter from the socket, reinsert it, and then turn on the ignition again.
- Try searching for a Bluetooth network using another smartphone or tablet to rule out phone-specific issues.

5.2. Adapter disconnects during operation.
- Ensure that during the operation of the adapter, high-power devices are not charged through the cigarette lighter, as this can cause voltage fluctuations.
- There might be strong voltage surges in the car's network, due to which the adapter cannot work stably. Ensure the OBDII connector outputs a stable 12-14 volts.

5.3. The adapter cannot connect to the ECU.
- Perhaps the ECU installed on your car requires additional add-ons for correct connection, namely, entering the initialization code. The initialization code is written in most applications, as many of the programs have a ready-made list of codes for various car brands.
- Try some other applications. Different applications may use the protocols differently to communicate the adapter with the ECU.
- Make sure that only one adapter application is running at a time.
- Try reconnecting from step 1 of the Bluetooth pairing process.
