1. General Guidelines

Please read the following instructions carefully and use the product correctly. If you are providing this product to others, please ensure these instructions are included.

This manual aims to provide a clear overview. For more detailed information or assistance, please contact customer service via your purchase platform.

Important Notes:

• Before assembly, verify that all parts are complete and in good condition as per the instructions.
• Assemble the greenhouse on a solid and flat surface.
• Plastic connectors are labeled with letters, and tubes are numbered. Follow the assembly instructions to ensure correct connection of all components.
• Ensure tubes and plastic parts are securely fixed.
• The cover must be firmly attached to the frame and secured with cords and frames. The bottom edge of the cover should be folded inwards or covered with stones/mud to prevent wind from entering.
• Secure the greenhouse with ground pegs and windproof ropes. Ensure pegs are fully driven into the ground.
• Regularly check and tension the windproof ropes.
• The maximum wind resistance capacity is level 5. In strong winds, reinforce the greenhouse or move it to a more sheltered location.
• Assembly requires 1-2 people for smaller greenhouses, and at least 2 people for medium to large greenhouses.

3. Setup and Assembly

The WOLTU Greenhouse features a robust galvanized steel tube frame and a durable PE mesh fabric cover, designed for easy installation.

Before starting assembly, ensure all components listed below are present and undamaged:

Follow the numbered steps and diagrams carefully. Do not fully tighten all screws until the entire frame assembly is complete (tighten to 20% initially, then fully tighten at the end).

1. Assemble the base frame using the straight poles and connectors.
2. Attach the arched poles to form the roof structure.
3. Secure the entire frame structure, ensuring all connections are tight.
4. Drape the PE mesh cover over the assembled frame.
5. Secure the cover to the frame using the provided ties, buckles, and zippers.
6. Fold the bottom edge of the cover inwards or weigh it down with stones/mud to prevent wind entry.
7. Use the ground pegs and windproof ropes to anchor the greenhouse securely to the ground.

4. Operating Your Greenhouse

The WOLTU Foil Greenhouse is designed to create an optimal environment for your plants, vegetables, and flowers.

4.1. Door and Window Management

• The greenhouse features a zippered roll-up door for easy access.
• Six side windows (three on each side) with PE mesh on the outside and mosquito nets on the inside allow for ventilation and pest prevention.
• Open the door and windows simultaneously to maximize light and ensure good air circulation, especially on warm days.

4.2. Plant Cultivation

• The greenhouse provides effective protection against cold, frost, rain, and excessive sun, making it suitable for various plants, including tomatoes, vegetables, and flowers.
• It can serve as winter quarters for sensitive potted plants.
• The generous height allows for larger plants or hanging baskets.

5. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Do not use a high-pressure cleaner. Clean the greenhouse with a damp cloth or a soft brush.
• Snow and Water Removal: If water or snow accumulates on the roof, clear it promptly to prevent damage to the frame from excessive weight.
• Rope Tension: Regularly check the tension of the windproof ropes and re-tension if necessary.
• Seasonal Disassembly: If a prolonged period of frost is expected, the greenhouse should be disassembled and stored.

6. Troubleshooting

• Greenhouse Instability: Ensure all frame connections are tight and the ground pegs are fully inserted. Check and re-tension windproof ropes regularly.
• Wind Damage: In strong winds, reinforce the greenhouse with additional anchors or relocate it to a more sheltered area.
• Cover Damage: Inspect the PE mesh fabric regularly for tears or damage. Repair small damages promptly to maintain effectiveness.
• Overloading: Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 15 kg for any shelves (if applicable).

7. Safety Warnings

• Fire Hazard: Do not use fire or barbecues inside or near the greenhouse. Keep the product away from all fire sources.
• Tripping Hazard: The ground ropes can be a tripping hazard. It is recommended to use colored flags or markers to make them more visible and reduce the risk of tripping.
• Children's Safety: The greenhouse is not a toy. Children are not permitted to play inside it.
• Disassembly for Frost: If persistent frost is anticipated, disassemble the greenhouse to prevent damage.

8. User Tips

• For optimal plant growth, consider placing a thermometer inside to monitor temperature fluctuations.
• Utilize the roll-up door and windows to manage humidity and temperature, especially during peak sunlight hours.
• Ensure adequate drainage around the base of the greenhouse to prevent water accumulation.
