- Make sure the water meter is in pairing mode ('AE253 00' displayed).
- Bring the water meter closer to the Zigbee Hub during the pairing process.
- Check for any obstructions or interference that might affect the Zigbee signal. - No data uploaded to Tuya App:
- Verify that the water meter is successfully paired with the Zigbee Hub.
- Check the automatic data upload frequency setting in the Tuya App (default is every 12 hours). Adjust if real-time data is expected more frequently.
- Ensure the Zigbee Hub has a stable internet connection. - Valve not responding to commands:
- Check the battery level of the water meter.
- Ensure the device is connected to the Zigbee network.
- Try controlling the valve locally using the meter's button to rule out app-related issues. - Inaccurate water flow readings:
- Verify that the water meter is installed correctly, with the arrow matching the water flow direction.
- Ensure sufficient straight pipe length before and after the meter as per installation guidelines. - LCD display is blank or dim:
- Check the battery level. Replace if low.
9. User Tips
