- Rotate the chuck clockwise to tighten the jaws securely around the bit. The self-locking chuck will hold the bit firmly.
- To remove, rotate the chuck counter-clockwise to loosen the jaws and pull the bit out.

7. Operating Instructions
7.1 Power On/Off and Speed Control
The tool is activated by pressing the trigger switch. The speed is steplessly controlled by the amount of pressure applied to the trigger. More pressure results in higher speed.
7.2 Forward/Reverse Rotation
The forward/reverse switch (refer to Figure 2 for location) controls the direction of rotation:
- Push the switch to the left for forward rotation (for drilling and screwing in).
- Push the switch to the right for reverse rotation (for unscrewing).
- When the switch is in the center position, the trigger is locked, preventing accidental startup.

7.3 Adjusting Torque and Mode
The torque adjustment ring (refer to Figure 2 for location) allows you to select from 28 torque settings for screwing and 3 additional modes (Drill, Hammer Drill, and Drive). Rotate the ring to the desired setting:
- 1-28: Torque settings for driving screws. Lower numbers for smaller screws/softer materials, higher numbers for larger screws/harder materials.
- Drill Mode (Drill icon): For general drilling tasks without torque limitation.
- Hammer Drill Mode (Hammer icon): For drilling into masonry, concrete, or brick walls.
- Drive Mode (Screw icon): For driving screws with maximum torque.

7.4 Selecting Speed Range
Use the 2-speed selector switch located on top of the drill (refer to Figure 2 for location) to choose between two speed ranges:
- Speed 1 (0-600 rpm): Low speed, high torque. Ideal for driving screws, drilling large holes, or working with hard materials.
- Speed 2 (0-1800 rpm): High speed, lower torque. Ideal for fast drilling in softer materials.

7.5 Using the LED Work Light
The integrated LED light automatically illuminates when the trigger is pressed, providing visibility in dimly lit work areas. It remains on for a short period after the trigger is released.

8. Maintenance
8.1 Cleaning
- Always remove the battery pack before performing any cleaning or maintenance.
- Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the exterior of the tool. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
