5. Initial Setup
- Power Connection: Connect the device to a DC 5V power source using the provided Type-C power supply interface. The device has no physical power switch; it will automatically power on when connected.
- Battery Installation: Carefully insert the 18650 lithium batteries into the CHN1 and CHN2 battery holders, ensuring correct polarity. The compact battery holders are suitable for flat-top batteries.
- Mounting (Optional): The module features mounting holes on the bottom plate, allowing for direct wall installation after drilling appropriate holes.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1. Language Switching
To switch the system language between Chinese and English:
- While the device is powered off, press and hold the "Menu / M" key.
- Power on the device while holding the "Menu / M" key. The screen will display the main interface.
- Release the "Menu / M" key.
- Wait for 10 seconds. The device will restart, and the language will be switched.

6.2. Switching Channel Display
Each channel operates independently. To view or set parameters for a specific channel:
- Click the "Channel / CHN" button.
- The display will switch to show the parameters of the selected channel.
- You can then adjust settings for that specific channel.

Figure 8: Switching between channel displays.
6.3. Testing Internal Resistance
To test the internal resistance of a battery:
- Install the battery in the holder.
- Power on the device.
- Wait for 10 seconds. The battery voltage and internal resistance test results will be displayed.
Note:
- This product uses a DC two-wire method for internal resistance testing. Due to the limitations of this test principle, it may not be able to precisely identify all battery types.
- Internal resistance will always display '9999' if the battery is not installed or the test circuit is disconnected, indicating an infinite resistance value.
6.4. Charging Function
This function is not suitable for lithium iron phosphate battery charging.
- Install the battery in the battery holder.
- Adjust the mode to "charging" using the menu buttons.
- Click "Start/Stop/R/S" to run the program.
- Once charging is complete, the status indicator will be solid.
- The charging process records capacity, energy, charging time, and charging metering capacity for reference. The discharging capacity should be taken as the standard.
6.5. Testing Capacity
Capacity testing requires a discharge cycle. Please note the following:
- The test involves discharging the battery through a resistance, which generates high temperatures. Avoid direct contact with the discharge resistance to prevent burns.
- Capacity test results reflect only the capacity measured during the test phase when the battery begins discharging and stops triggering.
6.6. Battery Capacity Dividing and Running Cycle
This process involves charging, discharging, and recharging cycles. The stopping voltage cannot be set lower than 2.8V; otherwise, the battery may not charge, and the program may not run correctly.

Figure 9: Individual charging and discharging support.
6.7. Data Zeroing
Upon shutdown or switching modes, the capacity, energy, and time data are automatically cleared to zero.

7. User Tips
No specific user tips are available from provided reviews or Q&A content.
8. Maintenance
- Keep the device clean and free from dust and debris. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning.
- Avoid exposing the device to moisture or extreme temperatures.
- Ensure proper ventilation, especially during discharge cycles, as the cooling fan actively dissipates heat.
- Store the device in a cool, dry place when not in use.
9. Troubleshooting
- Device not powering on: Ensure the Type-C power supply is correctly connected and providing 5V DC.
- Internal resistance displays '9999': Check if the battery is properly installed and making good contact. This value indicates an open circuit or infinite resistance.
- Charging/Discharging program not running: Verify that the stop discharge voltage is not set below 2.8V, as this can prevent proper operation.
- Overheating: The device has overheating protection. Ensure the cooling fan is unobstructed and functioning correctly. If the device feels excessively hot, discontinue use and allow it to cool.
