4.1 Height Adjustment

Use the control panel to adjust the desk height between 72 cm and 120 cm. The high-quality motor ensures uniform adjustment and operates with a low noise level of less than 50 dB.

4.2 Memory Presets

• Cleaning: Wipe the wood chip plate and steel surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish. For the Oxford fabric drawers, spot clean with a mild detergent if necessary.
• Electrical Components: Keep all electrical components, including the control panel, power adapter, and integrated sockets/ports, away from liquids to prevent damage and electrical hazards.
• Cable Management: Periodically check and reorganize cables to prevent tangles and ensure they do not interfere with the desk's height adjustment mechanism.
• General Care: Avoid placing excessively heavy objects on the desk, especially near the edges, to maintain stability and prevent warping.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your desk, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:

• Desk Not Adjusting Height:
  • Check if the power adapter is securely connected to both the desk and the power outlet.
  • Ensure no obstacles are blocking the desk's movement. The anti-collision system might be activated.
  • Overheating Protection: If the desk has been raised or lowered continuously for 2 minutes, the overheating protection will activate. Wait approximately 18 minutes before attempting to adjust the height again.
• Desk Stops and Retracts During Adjustment: This indicates the anti-collision feature has been triggered. Remove any detected obstacles. You can adjust the sensitivity of this feature as per the detailed instructions in the accessory package.
• Unusual Noises During Adjustment: While the motor operates quietly (< 50 dB), any unusual or loud noises might indicate an issue. Ensure all assembly screws are tightened and there are no loose parts.
