- Do not place the table directly against a wall during the lifting and lowering process to avoid scratches or damage.

- If the table is raised or lowered continuously for 2 minutes, the overheating protection will automatically activate. You will need to wait approximately 18 minutes before resuming height adjustments.
- To protect the tabletop from bumps and scratches, adjust the built-in sensor to a higher sensitivity value to detect solid objects during height adjustment. Refer to the operating instructions for sensor adjustment.
- Do not attempt to disassemble any components of this table without expert advice. Unauthorized modifications may void the warranty and pose safety risks.
- Do not place objects exceeding the maximum static load capacity of 80 kg (176 lbs) on the desk.

5.2 Memory Presets
The desk allows you to store up to 4 preferred heights for quick adjustments:
- Adjust the desk to your desired height using the Up/Down buttons.
- Press the "M" button (Memory) once. The display will show "S-".
- Within 3 seconds, press one of the numbered preset buttons (1, 2, 3, or 4). The display will show "S-1", "S-2", etc., confirming the height has been saved.
- To recall a saved height, simply press the corresponding numbered preset button (1, 2, 3, or 4). The desk will automatically move to that stored position.
5.3 Collision Protection (Rear-End Protection)
The desk is equipped with a built-in sensor to detect obstacles during height adjustment, preventing collisions and potential damage. If an obstacle is detected, the desk will stop and reverse slightly.
- Adjusting Sensitivity: The sensitivity of the collision sensor can be adjusted. Refer to the detailed assembly guide or contact customer support for instructions on how to modify this setting. A higher sensitivity value means the desk will detect objects more easily.
5.4 Overheating Protection
To prevent motor damage, the desk has an overheating protection feature. If the desk is operated continuously for approximately 2 minutes (e.g., frequent up/down adjustments), the system will temporarily shut down. The display may show an error code or become unresponsive. Allow the desk to cool down for about 18 minutes before attempting further adjustments.
6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your electric desk:
- Cleaning: Wipe the tabletop and frame with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the surface. Ensure no liquids enter the electrical components.
- Check Connections: Periodically inspect all electrical connections (power adapter, control panel, motor cables) to ensure they are securely plugged in and free from damage.
- Lubrication: The lifting columns are generally maintenance-free. Do not apply lubricants unless specifically instructed by the manufacturer.
- Load Capacity: Always adhere to the maximum load capacity of 80 kg (176 lbs) to prevent strain on the motor and frame.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your desk, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Desk does not move. | Power cable disconnected, overheating protection active, motor fault. | Check power connections. Wait 18 minutes if overheating protection is active. If problem persists, contact support. |
| Desk moves erratically or stops unexpectedly. | Obstacle detected by collision sensor, uneven load, loose connections. | Remove any obstacles. Ensure weight is evenly distributed. Check all cable connections. |
| Display shows an error code. | Specific system error. | Refer to the detailed assembly guide for a list of error codes and their meanings. Often, unplugging and replugging the power after a few minutes can reset the system. |
