4.1 Burner Layout and Power

The cooktop features three heating zones with varying power outputs:

4.2 Knob Control

Each burner is controlled by a dedicated knob, offering 9 heating levels for precise temperature adjustment. Turn the knob clockwise to increase the heating level and counter-clockwise to decrease it.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

The cooktop features a black crystal glass surface that is easy to clean and resistant to high temperatures (up to 800°C).

  • Always allow the cooktop to cool down completely before cleaning.
  • Use a soft cloth or sponge with mild detergent for daily cleaning.
  • For stubborn stains or burnt-on food, use the provided scraper (Figure 6) carefully to avoid scratching the surface.
  • Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals that can damage the glass surface.
  • Wipe dry after cleaning to prevent water spots.

6. Troubleshooting

The Cooksir electric cooktop is equipped with several safety features to prevent common issues:

  • Over-Temperature Protection: The cooktop will automatically shut off if it detects excessively high temperatures, preventing damage to the appliance and ensuring safety.
  • Residual Heat Indicator: After use, the cooktop surface may remain hot. An indicator light will alert you to residual heat, even after the burner is turned off. Do not touch the surface until the indicator light is off.
  • Auto Power Off: If a cooking zone is left on for an extended period without adjustment, it may automatically power off as a safety measure.
