4. Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your LENSGO TC12 Teleprompter:

4.1. Assembling the Base and Bracket

1. Attach the L-Bracket Plate to the main guide rail using the provided M4 Hexagon screws.
2. Secure the C-type plate to the L-Bracket.
3. Mount the entire assembly onto a tripod or stand using the 1/4" screw.

4.2. Mounting the Teleprompter Body and Devices

4. Slide the teleprompter body onto the guide rail.
5. Attach your camera to the camera platform using the 1/4" screw. Adjust its position to align with the teleprompter glass.
6. Place your tablet (up to 12.9 inches) into the teleprompter's tablet clip. Ensure it is securely held.
7. Adjust the height and position of the camera and tablet using the adjustable gimbal and guide rails to achieve the desired framing and reflection clarity.
8. For vertical shooting, reconfigure the bracket as shown in the 'Vertical Shooting Mode Assembly' diagram.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Installing the TCQI App

1. Download the 'TCQI' app from your device's app store (available for Android and iOS).
2. Install and open the app on your tablet.

5.2. Connecting the Bluetooth Remote Control

3. Turn on the Bluetooth remote control.
4. On your tablet, go to Bluetooth settings and pair with the 'LENSGO Remote' or similar device name.
5. Once paired, open the TCQI app. The remote control should now be functional within the app.

5.3. Using the TCQI App and Remote

• Load Script: Import your script into the TCQI app.
• Adjust Settings: Within the app, you can adjust font size, scrolling speed, background color, and text color to optimize readability.
• Remote Functions:
  • Start/Pause: Begin or halt text scrolling.
  • Flip Up/Fast Forward: Advance the script quickly.
  • Turn Down/Back Up: Rewind the script.
  • Play Slow Down/Playback Acceleration: Adjust scrolling speed.
  • On/Off: Power the remote control.
  • LED Indicator: Shows remote status.
• Shooting: Begin recording with your camera while reading the script reflected on the teleprompter glass.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning the Glass: Use a soft, lint-free cloth and a specialized lens cleaning solution to clean the teleprompter glass. Avoid abrasive materials or harsh chemicals that could scratch or damage the coating.
• Cleaning the Body: Wipe the aluminum alloy body with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth.
• Storage: When not in use, disassemble the teleprompter and store it in its original packaging or a protective case to prevent dust accumulation and damage. Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Battery Care: If the remote control uses replaceable batteries, remove them during long periods of inactivity to prevent leakage.

• Text is blurry or unclear:
