4. Setup

5.1 Basic Operation

  • Power On/Off: The device can be powered on or off via the "Equipment switch" option in the app settings.
  • Broadcast: Once powered on, the beacon will begin broadcasting its signal at the configured interval (100ms to 1500ms).

5.2 App Customization and Configuration

  • Modify Frame: Adjust beacon frame types (iBeacon, UID, URL, TLM).
  • Specific Parameters: Modify UUID, Major, Minor values, broadcast distance, and push frequency.

  • Data Transmission: Provides stable and efficient wireless data transmission.
  • Credential Verification: NFC scanning can instantly verify staff credentials (e.g., department, title), securing restricted areas (pharmacy, OR) and reducing infection risks.
  • Passive NFC: Even when powered off, the CP29 remains scannable via passive NFC, ensuring critical ID access during emergencies.
  • One-Tap Actions: Use NFC for auto-pairing with beacons for location updates, pushing patient records to authorized devices, unlocking emergency equipment, or triggering alerts.

5.4 Activating NFC Function (Using NFC Tools App)

  1. Download an "NFC Tools" app from your smartphone's app store.
  2. Open the NFC Tools app.
  3. Navigate to the "Write" interface to add a record or select the type of write operation.
  4. Place the DX-CP29 beacon near your phone's NFC reader.
  5. Click "Write" to transfer content to the NFC tag.
  6. Pop-up content will confirm the write operation.

  • Large Scale Exhibitions: Wearing the CP29 at exhibitions can send welcome messages, record personnel visit information and booth popularity, and facilitate marketing information push for booths.
  • Advertising Push: Accurately identify the location of the target audience within a few meters to provide personalized service experiences. When a user's smartphone enters the trigger coverage area, the CP29 automatically triggers a preset message push, such as coupon, event notifications, or product introductions.
