Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product to ensure proper functionality and safety. The Junsun V1 Series Car Radio is designed to enhance your driving experience with advanced features such as Wireless CarPlay, Android Auto, GPS navigation, DSP sound processing, and more.
Important Warnings
WIFI Version Installation Note:
If you have purchased the WIFI-only version of this product, a manual modification is required during installation. You will need to cut a 3 cm x 1 cm hole on the back of the car handle to accommodate the radio antenna/GPS module interface, as it is too long for direct installation. Failure to do so will prevent proper installation of the GPS module and radio antenna. This cutout is on the back of the handle and will not affect the front appearance or product functionality. The 4G + WIFI version does not require this modification.

Power Port Compatibility for Peugeot 208/2008 (2013-2018):
For Peugeot 208 and 2008 models manufactured between 2013 and 2018, there are two different power port configurations depending on the car's specific setup. If the power interface on the back of your car's original radio matches the image below, this product's power cord is NOT compatible with your vehicle. Please do not purchase this product if your car has this specific power port. If you are unsure, please contact Junsun customer service for assistance.

Setup Instructions
1. General Installation
The Junsun radio power cable is designed for pin-to-pin connection, allowing direct connection to your car's power interface for straightforward installation. Ensure all connections are secure before powering on the device.
2. Rear View Camera Connection
To connect an AHD reversing camera (optional accessory):
- Connect the red cable of the camera to the '+' terminal of the reversing light.
- Connect the black cable of the camera to 'GND' (ground).
- Connect the reversing detection cable of the head unit (usually brown) to the red wire of the video input cable.

3. Initial Power-On and UI Overview
Upon first power-on, the device will boot into the Junsun UI 4.0. This personalized user interface integrates common functions directly on the desktop for easy access. It supports both day and night modes, which automatically adjust screen brightness based on your car's lights and ambient environment.

Operating Instructions
1. Wireless CarPlay & Android Auto
The Junsun V1 Series supports both wireless CarPlay and Android Auto (for V1 C/V1 Pro C/V1 Plus versions). This allows seamless integration with your smartphone for navigation, music, calls, and messages.
- Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is on and pair it with the car radio's Bluetooth.
- After successful pairing, the car radio will automatically switch to the Zlink or AutoLink interface.
- A message will appear on your phone to confirm "use Carplay from Zlink or AutoLink".
- Turn on your phone's Wi-Fi to establish the CarPlay/Android Auto connection.
For Wired Connection:
Use the original data cable to connect your phone to one of the 4 USB PIN ports. Activate the CarPlay/Android Auto function on your phone and select the "AutoLink" or "ZLINK5" icon on the device to connect.

2. GPS Navigation

- Software Updates: Junsun provides permanent free firmware and software updates. Regularly check for and install updates to ensure you have the latest features and performance enhancements.
- Temperature Control: The built-in cooling fan helps manage the device's temperature. Ensure proper ventilation around the unit to prevent overheating, especially during prolonged use or in hot climates.
- Cable Connections: Periodically check all cable connections (power, USB, RCA, antenna) to ensure they are secure and free from damage. Loose connections can lead to intermittent functionality.
Troubleshooting
1. Steering Wheel Control Not Working
If your steering wheel controls are not functioning, follow these steps:
- Check Canbus: First, confirm if a Canbus module is included in your product kit.
- No Canbus (V1/V1.C/V1 Pro/V1 Pro.C): Navigate to
Car Settings>General>SWC Type>Learning Typeto manually configure the controls. - No Canbus (V1 Plus): Go to
Settings>Car Information>SWC>Learning Typeto configure. - With Canbus: Ensure the 8-pin Canbus cable interface is correctly connected. Then, select the appropriate Canbus type in the settings. If you are unsure of your Canbus model, contact customer service.
2. CarPlay/Android Auto Connection Issues
If you experience difficulties connecting Wireless CarPlay or Android Auto:
- Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is enabled and successfully paired with the car radio.
- For wireless connection, ensure your phone's Wi-Fi is also enabled after Bluetooth pairing.
- For wired connection, use an original data cable and connect to a 4-pin USB port. Verify that the "AutoLink" or "ZLINK5" app is active on the head unit.
3. Product Not Powering On
- Check all power cable connections to ensure they are securely plugged in.
- Verify that your car's fuse for the radio is intact.
- Ensure the car's ignition is on or in accessory mode.
4. No Sound Output
- Check speaker connections to the head unit.
- Verify volume levels on both the head unit and your connected device (if using CarPlay/Android Auto).
- Check DSP settings to ensure no audio filters or balance settings are causing the issue.
