The charging indicator (usually an LED) will show charging status and turn off or change color when fully charged.
Note: This product is prohibited from being charged using chargers or other high-power devices not specified by the manufacturer.
4.2 Connection Modes
The LEOBOG Hi8/Hi8SE supports three connection modes: Wired, 2.4G Wireless, and Bluetooth.

4.2.1 Wired Connection
- Ensure the keyboard's mode switch (usually on the back or side) is set to 'Wired' or 'USB'.
- Connect the provided USB Type-C cable from the keyboard to your computer's USB port.
- The keyboard should be automatically recognized by your system.
4.2.2 2.4G Wireless Connection
- Locate the 2.4G USB receiver (dongle) in the keyboard's packaging or storage slot.
- Plug the 2.4G USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
- Set the keyboard's mode switch to '2.4G'.
- The keyboard should connect automatically. If not, press the pairing key combination (refer to the specific key combination in the manual or on the keyboard itself, often Fn + 4).
4.2.3 Bluetooth Connection
- Set the keyboard's mode switch to 'BT' (Bluetooth).
- On your computer or device, enable Bluetooth and search for new devices.

- Keyboard Body: Wipe the aluminum body with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Between Keys: Use compressed air to remove dust and debris from between the switches.
6.2 Storage
When not in use for extended periods, store the keyboard in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the battery is partially charged (around 50%) before long-term storage to prolong its lifespan.
7. Troubleshooting

- Check the connection mode switch (Wired, 2.4G, BT).
- Ensure the USB cable is securely connected or the 2.4G receiver is plugged in.
- For Bluetooth, ensure the keyboard is paired and selected on your device.
- Check battery level; charge if low.
- Keys not registering:
- If using a barebone kit, ensure switches are properly seated.
- Clean any debris under the keycap or around the switch.
- Test with a different switch if possible (due to hot-swap feature).
- Backlight not working/incorrect:
- Ensure backlight is enabled (check Fn key combinations).
- Check settings in LEOBOG ONE software.
- Bluetooth connection unstable:
- Ensure no other devices are interfering with the Bluetooth signal.
