3. Safety Information and Warnings
Read all safety warnings and instructions carefully before using this product. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury.
- The device must not be used in place of a car battery.
- Do not use the device as a toy. Closely supervise any children around the device.
- The device is intended for jump starting 12V car batteries only. Do not use for other purposes.
- Use only the provided battery clips. If the battery clip or cable is damaged, do not use the device.
- Do not connect the positive and negative ends of the battery directly.
- Before jump starting, ensure battery connections are free of rust and foreign objects. Connect the device securely.
- After a successful jump start, disconnect the device from the car battery within 30 seconds to prevent damage.
- Do not use the device for more than 3 consecutive times. Allow a 2-minute interval between each jump start to prevent overheating and damage.
- Do not use the clips to charge any other devices.
- Do not place the product in an environment where the temperature exceeds 60℃. Store in a cool environment and avoid direct sunlight if not in use for a long time.
- Charging should be done at room temperature between 0℃ to 45℃.
- Do not expose the device to rain or submerge it in water.
- Do not place the device in extreme heat or in a fire.
- Do not use the product in an environment with explosion risk, such as near flammable liquids or gases, or in the presence of dust.
- Before using, ensure someone is near enough to hear you or provide assistance.
- Remove any metallic objects (rings, bracelets, necklaces) from your body before use.
- To reduce the risk of damage to the power plug and cable, please disconnect the device from the battery clips using the battery clip plug.
- Do not use any damaged or modified batteries. This may lead to unpredictable consequences such as fire, explosion, or injuries.
- Use the provided charging cable or one of similar specification to charge the device.
- Do not charge the device immediately after it has been used to jump start a car battery.
- Do not use the device to jump start a car battery while it is being charged.
- In extreme cases, fluid may leak from the battery. Do not allow fluid to contact hands or skin. In case of contact, wash immediately with soap and water. If fluid gets in eyes, wash with cold water for at least 10 minutes and seek medical attention.
- Dispose of the lithium battery in accordance with local regulations at the end of its service life.

4. Setup and Charging
4.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the 70mai Jump Starter. A full charge takes approximately 8 hours. The device retains approximately 85% of its power after one year of storage when fully charged.

4.2 Connecting the Smart Battery Clip
The smart battery clip connects to the jump starter via a dedicated port. Ensure a firm connection before attempting to jump start a vehicle.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Jump Starting a Vehicle
Follow these steps to jump start a 12V vehicle with a dead battery:
- Connect the smart battery clip to the 70mai Jump Starter.
- Open the vehicle's hood and locate the car battery.
- Connect the red (+) clamp of the smart battery clip to the positive (+) terminal of the car battery.
- Connect the black (-) clamp of the smart battery clip to the negative (-) terminal of the car battery.
- Ensure all connections are secure and free of corrosion.
- Enter the vehicle and start the engine.
- Once the vehicle starts, immediately disconnect the smart battery clip from the car battery within 30 seconds.
- Then, disconnect the smart battery clip from the 70mai Jump Starter.

5.2 Using as a Power Bank
The 70mai Jump Starter can also be used to charge various electronic devices via its 5V/2.4A Type-C output port.

5.3 Using the LED Light
The built-in LED light offers three modes for various situations:
- Normal Mode: Provides steady illumination.
- Flashing Mode: For signaling or attracting attention.
- SOS Mode: Emits the international Morse code distress signal.

6. Maintenance
- Charging: Recharge the jump starter fully after each use. If not used for extended periods, charge it every 3-6 months to maintain battery health.
- Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and temperatures exceeding 60°C. The ideal charging temperature is between 0°C and 45°C.
- Cleaning: Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Ensure the ports are clean and free of debris.

7. Troubleshooting
- Device not turning on: Ensure the device is charged. If it has been stored for a long time, it might require a full charge.
- Vehicle not starting:
- Check that the smart battery clip is securely connected to both the jump starter and the car battery terminals.
- Ensure the car battery terminals are clean and free of rust or corrosion.
- Wait 2 minutes between jump start attempts if the first attempt fails. Do not exceed 3 consecutive attempts.
- Verify that your vehicle's engine size (gas up to 4.0L, diesel up to 2.0L) is compatible with the jump starter.
- Device overheating: If the device feels excessively hot, stop use immediately and allow it to cool down before attempting further operations. This can occur from too many consecutive jump start attempts.
- Fluid leakage: If fluid leaks from the battery, refer to the safety warnings in Section 3 for handling instructions.
